Great food, price and fun little establishment!

Came during a not-so-busy time so service was extremely fast! Staff was friendly, too. We had the avocado bacon burger and the quesadilla burger with green chile- sooooo good!

Great burger spot in Downtown Denver City Center!

I visited Illegal Burger with my significant other and we were both impressed. She had the Chicken Burger—crispy and delicious—while I had the special Kingpin Birria, which was juicy and full of flavor.

We really enjoyed the burgers, the fries, and especially the sauce that came with the fries. The only thing we didn’t care for was a side sauce that tasted a bit like plain oil.

Overall, it was a great experience with quality food and a chill vibe. Highly recommended if you’re in Downtown Denver!

Solid burger, but average vibe and service

I came here last year and the burger was exceptional. As soon as I arrived this year ( an annual event at Red Rocks “BritFloyd” ) I had already decided to return.

If you are looking for a filling meal and you love a good burger, check out Illegal Burger! I found them by accident and they did not disappoint! The burger was flavorful and very juicy; the onion rings were excellent, as well. The only downside was that the bathroom was slightly dirty, but still usable.

We had the best time at Illegal Burger! Jorge was our server and bartender, and he was absolutely stellar as was Jeremiah. They were super friendly, checked on us all the time, and made sure our drinks were perfect. The food was amazing too! My burger was juicy, cooked just right, and the fried pickles were crispy and delicious. Everything came out fast, Jorge and Jeremiah made the whole experience so fun. The service and food here are wonderful, and I can’t wait to come back! Thanks, Jorge and Jeremiah, for making our experience awesome!

Got a takeout to eat at my hotel room on a recent visit to Denver. The burger was well balanced and tasty. I didn’t like fried pickles as much but it wasn’t that they weren’t good. I just didn’t expect them to be sliced so thinly. I’m just more used to pickle spears being fried rather than slices.

I am not even a burger person but dang, these burgers tasted fancy good and the workers here welcome you and make you feel so comfortable.

Tap beer delicious and cold, service welcoming and helpful, food fast and delicious, with an awesome price point. Ate it and you know the quality is great because I can still walk around after. lol thank you so much and keep doing what y’all are doing…

Good food with quality, local ingredients! Valeria was very friendly & makes good drinks. They definitely could use some more people up front as it was just her running both the cashier area & bar but besides that it was a splendid time. Definitely will be stopping here after work again.

This place is freaking delicious! I got the Godfather and my mouth was amazed. The Illegal fries are fantastic as well. 😋
