First time ordering from here and it’s really gross. I just ordered a normal burrito, barbacoa, rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, etc. What I got was mostly rice, potatoes, and onions mixed together??? Really, really nasty combo guys. No idea why anyone would ever make that. I remember seeing those ingredients when ordering and thought, that’s disgusting, so I purposely left them off my order. They kind of just make whatever they feel like I guess. It’s one of those kitchens. Burrito and chips was $23 and REALLY GROSS. I tried this place because I thought it would be a step up from Taco Bell…nope. It’s sitting here in front of me and I wish I had Taco Bell. I also wish I could get the taste of their rice, potato, onion mixture out of my mouth. Really weird meal. If you’re reading this; they didn’t fix it and make it right.

Cool little spot with friendly staff and good vibe. Chipotle style food with a twist, was pretty decent but I would totally prefer to just go to Chipotle. But good if you’re wanting to switch it up and get a drink as well!

Terrible employees here. Will completely ignore you and were very rude and snoby when I asked for help. I was refused and told to ask someone else. Management is just as bad if not worse. It's like illegal Pete's hires the unhireable.

First, the food and drinks are terrific. On top of that, they do BOGO for health care workers on Tuesdays which is really nice! Finally, I had an amazing interaction with the bartender. I wish I would have gotten her name. I went to order a couple margaritas for my wife and I and I had explained to her that we had lost my wife’s father a couple days ago and were stopping in for food before flying out for the funeral. The bartender was extremely sweet and said all the right things to make me feel a little better. On top of that, she put the drinks on the house. She was everything I love about humans in that moment and I am so appreciative of her care. And now I have a loyalty to illegal Pete’s and will be going back all the time. Amazing job and amazing hires!
Man... Illegal Pete's is a place I've love going to since my college days. The breakfast burrito is amazing and absolutely love the steak. It's like lamith bread... one burrito and you are good for the whole day.

It's almost like this place is run by a bunch of college kids.... Oh wait lolGive me the choice and I'd pick illegal Pete's over any other "fast burrito spot" out there, but this is probably their weakest location IMO. Food sits out way too long(cold and chewy), isn't cooked right, isn't seasoned right... I could go on and on. Avoid this on if you can and leave it to the drunk college kids. Doesn't make sense because the location in FoCo is my favorite... But I guess all college kids aren't made the same ??♀️

Great job! Love the fact they mix the burrito ingredients before wrapping, this way you get all ingredients throughout instead of other places where there is guacamole only on one side of the burrito:)

Illegal Pete's? More like Illegal Meats. You know that barbacoa is smuggled across the border by the half-ton. You never know what part of the pig you're gonna get, every bite tastes like a different species. Every time I eat here my food is bone cold. Not luke warm. Cold. My side of guacamole was the same temperature as the contents of my burrito and that shit is refrigerated. If I wanted to eat cold slop, I'd lick the mudflaps of my car.
