Stopped in on a whim and met an incredible crew here! We’re from Iowa and we were able to chat with everyone there and even meet people from Iowa too. Loved it here and wish we had one back in Iowa ❤️

I love this place. Its so much better than Chipotle & Moe’s. The food tastes authentic/real. Its very reasonable prices. The guacamole is great. They have red & green jalapeño sauce. You can get red peppers & onions, green peppers & onions or both. The bar is very laid back. You can usually catch young people shooting the breeze or watching sports. The place is never packed but never empty. The staff is super friendly humble kind. They have an outdoor seating area at the one that I went to. Plenty of parking. I’m not so hot on trivia or drag queens. But its a very comfortable laid back environment. Safe for people of all ages. I usually get the quesadilla and I’m coming here from now on instead of Chipotle.

New to Denver been here a few months Sasha is amazing! Jack too, are the best and I truly appreciate them. They are so professional and even Gage on the food line she is amazing and Even Bryan manager. the staff here is amazing. If you are near by or close stop and grab some food and drinks they will treat you so good. Ps.. Mr Pete’s can you go back to the old queso the new queso isn’t as good as last one!! Best location ever!

Dropped down here to get a burrito to go on my way to the airport. The guys working there seemed annoyed by my presence, especially the Hispanic guy I really wanted to just walk out why work there if you hate what you do?

Illegal Pete’s is the best burrito place going. This location had excellent service. We enjoyed a massive burrito at the bar with great beers, BUT, stay away from the draft margaritas. They’re horrible and taste like straight tequila. The house made was much better.

Multiple options to choose from to add to your dish. The restaurant is in a nice location to enjoy outside views as a traveler. The staff was not that welcoming however I had not complaints about the food, it's similar to known food chains with more options.

Can y’all restructure the way to-go orders are bagged? Extra bags are needed. I received a broken bag on delivery. I already “dinged” stars from my delivery person. I do believe it’s a store issue too.

Today the Lodo location gave me the worst burrito i’ve ever ordered. Not just the worst from illegal petes, but from Chipotle and any other burrito-making restaurant. The girl working gave me maybe 1/2 a scoop of chicken, the girl rolling dumped the other half of the chicken on the side before closing the burrito. Not only that, but one side of the burrito was entirely corn and rice, and the other side was entirely beans and onions. The finished product was barely the size of my fist. Absolute joke i paid over $10 for it. Just terrible
