First time eating at an N and Out. Walked in at 5pm and it was busy but they are pros! Impressive how they handle crowds and efficiency with the process. I ordered a 4x4 and a double double animal style with chopped chilis.
Ordered regular hamburger with extra pickles and onions. Very generous with the pickles and onions! However the sliced onion was thicker than the overdone hamburger patty. They forgot the lettuce and tomato. Fries had enough salt for 5 orders and seasoning on the burger was also too much.
Called customer service and they were very apologetic, will notify the store for possible training issues, and will make it right for next time.
