People were nice, just not good at making expensive coffee drinks. Mocha was like chocolate milk. The coffee they gave me instead was super watery. Maybe their beans are bad. Something.

I have been visiting Ink Coffee for the better of the last 8 years, and being a highly particular coffee and smoothie drinker I felt it was high time I gave a round of applause, and much gratitude to the people that make Ink the exceptional place it is. It goes without writing the coffee and smoothies hit the mark, and are a ā€œmust haveā€ for me throughout the week! However, what sets Ink apart are the faces behind the caffeine. Thank you to Ink for keeping the spirit of the local community coffee shop alive, where not only do you remember my name, my ever so challenging drink demands, but always make my visit personal. A sincere thank you to Libby, Ben, Brian, Ryan, Emily, Lizzy & Alana-you are among my favorite faces to see each week.

Good things first: great coffee! Good service! Worst breakfast vegetarian burrito ever… tortilla was raw or tasted raw… it should have been fried or baked. Filling ok, but it was mostly tortilla. Refunded!! Plus free drink coupon! Also someone had spilled coffee on the spoons! Will return! Pastries look amazing!

Very surprised they don’t use a name system for orders here… especially when there was a line of customers. Went here out of convenience (needed a coffee pick-me-up at the mall). Ordered a large iced coffee and smoothie. The smoothie was prepared rather quickly but the iced coffee (which should have been quickest) was never called. Then orders from people behind us in line were being called… no names! The people just before us had grabbed two large iced coffees and quickly left. I can’t help but think that my drink was snagged by the group ahead of me. BUT I do believe a name system should have been utilized as the person taking orders was not the same person preparing and calling out orders. The situation was remedied when we asked for the drink we never received and got it right away.. without any apology, I might add. :-/

Wow! The coffee is good, but the baristas here are very rude, I asked for some extra coconut syrup and the girl on her phone rolled her eyes. I reached for the top to remove it for her, she asked ā€œso do you want coconut syrup?ā€ And I told her yes and I was going to remove the top for her, she turned around swiftly and shook her head. I understand it can be taxing to provide customer service in the morning, but speaking as a waitress for 7 years and counting, it doesn’t take much to be polite

I was up front ready to order and the guy( blond hair and glasses) making the coffee immediately said I had 5 mins,like he was in a hurry to leave.Then I asked for a chai tea latte and he said they are not making hot beverages anymore it was 5:53 pm on a Monday and as far as I know they don't close until 8pm. It was going to be my first time trying them but I can forget about that ,very bad service!

Not the most outgoing group of folks, even if they recognize you,. many times no eye contact or friendly chatter. Owners must be ok with it as its this way a lot. You just learn to deal with it. Everything else is great, food & drinks, atmosphere etc.
