Not the most outgoing group of folks, even if they recognize you,. many times no eye contact or friendly chatter. Owners must be ok with it as its this way a lot. You just learn to deal with it. Everything else is great, food & drinks, atmosphere etc.

Ugh!! We love this place and drive FAR to come here. It is 805 on a Saturday and we just arrived to find they are closed. Everything says open till 9. Grrrr

Ordered a double latte, paid almost $8, and it tasted like it was just milk. I mentioned it to the girl running the register, and she just said it "should be a double." Maybe she's right, but it felt weird to be dismissed, especially after tipping for a service. Can't say I am blown away by the customer service here.

Don’t even waste your time here! I work in the mall and came here on my lunch break on 11/20. The manager who took my order was rushing me and immediately left to go to a meeting right after my order he didn’t tell no one to place my breakfast burrito to warm up, so I waited 30 minutes! Wasted my whole break waiting for my food just to get sick right after I eat it! They overdid it with the Matcha and didn’t add any vanilla. Oh, and the croissants that are in the showcase is what they serve you. The almond croissant I got was harder than a crouton, so I just threw it out! Wasted $22 And a whole lunch break! Really wish the manager would spend more time with his customers instead of rushing to a meeting with his bosses about the Company! For that price I am mind as well. DoorDash Starbucks, and get good quality.

I order Mocha, when the order was ready Barista said it was Oat Milk latte. After some time i went to barista to ask about my order and he gave me same old milk latte which had mocha written on the cup. I confirmed again but he assured that he gave me right order. I dont see a point visiting a place where basic service of giving right order is not taken care off. Very disappointed.

Ezra makes the best chai, I like mine with more ginger flavor than most and he gets it. All the staff are fun and friendly and it didn't take long at all to pick up my order. :)Dietary restrictions: Oak Milk available

This restaurant is very cool, delicious food and a Yerba mate..the staff was though my sub sandwich was very dry out of the refrigerator, there was no sauces on the counter.. the skylights are enjoyable and the noise levels weren't horrible.
I ordered the white mocha ice coffee and it was so good. Honestly best coffee I have ever had not to sweet and just the right amount of sweetness at the same time. ?

They really are a gem of a team and the coffee is great—! They also keep 85% of the shopping center well caffeinated to deal with the negative reviewers on here ;) great job ink!

the staff here is lovely and it’s not their fault at all but $9 for a small iced avalanche are you KIDDING ME??? that is ridiculous… clearly this company is only catering to the rich people that shop at this mall…

I was shopping around yesterday and came across this cute little coffee shop! I've never had Ink coffee before so I had to try it. I ordered an iced vanilla latte in the largest cup possible. It came with 4 shots of espresso which was perfect. The drink was a reasonable price and tasted amazing, I didn't have to add any sweeteners. It came out within 2 minutes of ordering and the staff was very kind and caring. I would 100% come back, the food looked tasty as well!
