Do not go to this Ink coffee. The girl working there is absolutely rude!! Her name is Nikki. Red hair girl. As soon as I walk in and sit down she walks over pretending to clean the counter(haven't touch the counter since...just sitting on the back counter). Anyway...I usually come in here to do business on my laptop (WiFi is trash so I just use my hotspot on my phone). I try to get settled in before ordering coffee but couldn't do that with her. Immediately made a bee line to where I was sitting to tell me...”could I get you something started” I told her not just yet thanks. So she proceeded to follow that up with...” just so you know, our seating is for customers” Ummm I know that! I just told you I would order in a second. I get settled in and go to counter order coffee (I usually tip, but nope!) Got the smallest coffee because this will be THE LAST TIME I STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER INK! Then she tried to get an attitude when I told her that I come in here all the time...” I can't remember everyone's face!” “I'm just doing what my manager tells me to do, you can talk to her” Ha! Wow! Anyway here's the kicker...chick sitting directly in front of me HAD NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK!!! I never play the race card. But the girl in front of me is white. dude really???? Thanks Nikki. Hopefully your manager reads this on Yelp and Google since she wasn't there for me to speak to. Maybe it's true what they say INK COFFEE HIRES AND IS RACISTS!

Friendly staff and good coffee. Last time I was in, they forgot about my order and I ended up getting my coffee 10 minutes late. They were very apologetic and gave me a free coffee card...that doesn't happen at Starbucks. Great customer service!

Rude staff. Everything is dirty. Such a waste of a good location in the city.

Loved it. Probably one of my top two coffee places in Colorado now. The flavours are unique and delicious! Also, they really cater to all preferences. Their chai is good, not too spicy. I can tell the coffee is high quality and so is the chocolate they add.

I love Ink - I have been a handful of times! I have only stopped in to grab and go, but the baristas have always been extremely friendly and kind. Their burritos are solid, and their coffee is strong and really good. I will definitely continue to come back.

Really get breakfast sandwich, turmeric coffee, and other types of coffee. The bagels taste fresh, and everyone was really friendly! Visiting from out of town and would definitely come here all the time if we lived here!

I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee from this place during my recent visit to Denver. Friendly staff and prompt service! Delicious coffee.

We were looking for something other than a Starbucks to have coffee at. This place did not disappoint I had a white chili and white chocolate drink and it was extremely good. Nice view of the 16th Street Mall.

This place is apparently lived by the locals. I stopped in before work to grab a cup. The environment was clean and the staff was friendly-ish. I actually expected this to be less commercial vibe, but it was definitely a controlled environment. The coffee. I tried something called the adrenaline rush. Coffee topped w/ expression basically. I'll preface by saying that it was good coffee.....that being said, it didn't particularly "wow" me.....don't get me wrong, it's on par with the fine coffee of even the snobbery coffee joints, it's just that it's a very similar coffee to many other shops. That's not bad.....I'm giving them a high rating b/c it was indeed coffee that can compete.

I really like this coffee shop - the seasonal flavors are fantastic! And they made an 8oz coffee at my request! Yay! I am a huge fan of the 8oz but it can be hard to come by these days!

Nice friendly vibe coffee shop. Got the chai coffee original. A bit in sweet end so reduce sweetness if you can. Prices are high like Starbucks. But nice morning refreshing coffee

Great coffee spot with friendly staff and great choices in coffee. Quaint little spot to meet with friends or make new ones.
