I've ordered Insomnia Cookies as gifts on three different occasions. My friends raved about the cookies. In fact, they said that they were the best cookies they'd ever tasted! And they arrived warm! Now I need to order some for myself. There was a glitch in my delivery time, and it was completely my error. Tara B. In customer service was so kind and efficient in solving the issue even though it was my fault. She even offered to replace the order free of charge. I highly recommend Insomnia Cookies for the quality of the product, ease of delivery and superb customer service.

I didn't take a pic because I was to excited to eat them. They were delicious! My husband got me a box for Valentines Day and they were all so warm and chewy. Definitely going again.

Not a large store. Fairly clean considering the weather. The selection was decent. Sadly, they were out of all the limited time flavors. Their ice cream was lack luster, but the cookies were great. Snickerdoodles were definitely the star of the show.
Driver decided to completely neglect my DoorDash instructions and left it at a completely different building/apartment. Even though I ordered it through DoorDash, these orders go thru their courier insomnia cookies website to track their driver. Not thru DoorDash. I tried to call the store and I was out on hold until they closed and they never picked the phone again. Tried to call and the it immediately said it was closed. There should be an option to contact the freaking delivery driver this is insane. $90 worth of cookies gone to someone else. Thanks for a great start to 2025.

We never got our order. We tracked the delivery through the insomnia website and watched the delivery driver lost in our complex for 20 minutes. When we called insomnia they tried to say the order was through a DoorDash driver which it absolutely was not. Don’t expect a resolution if you never get your order.

I wish I got the guys name but I was so thankful for him. I'm gluten free and I had a coupon for a $1 deluxe cookie. There's no gluten free deluxe cookies so he let me get 2 of the gluten free regular chocolate chip for a $1. Many restaurants don't take in gluten free diets when making coupons so it was nice that this guy made an exception for me for something I can't help. Thanks so much!

The deserts are delicious.! Service is awful. Sat down with my friend to eat at 8:00pm and the cashier told us the lobby was closed so we went to the car and ate. 30min past and a couple sat down and ate there and wasn’t told anything. Rude and disrespectful.
