The customer service is top notch! I ordered icing to go along with my cookies and that stuff is horrible it is like paste that is not icing! If y'all make homemade cookies, why would you sell horrible non homemade icing that is like paste? I don't understand why the icing is not made with butter homemade I don't know what is in that icing but ikk!! It's gross and tastes like plastic paste! Do not buy the icing! I honestly want my money back for it!!! 😳🤢

I had A good experience here. Never been in and if you sign up on the app, you can redeem a free cookie. I was In the area and decided to stop. It was delicious. Got the classic cookies and cream. Insomnia is way better than crumbl.

Stopped in on a Saturday night right before closing time for the bars (1:50 am) I was greeted, I scanned the menu, someone brought out fresh cookies. When I began to order I was then told, oh we are only taking cash right now, the credit card reader is out. Knowing how common it is for people not to carry cash these days, a sign should have been posted on the door, or at the least after I was greeted I should have been told. Frustrating and just poor service overall. I'm sure I won't be the only person they frustrate tonight.

I love our neighborhood store on S Broadway - the cookies are always warm and delicious, they always arrive quickly (and the one time a driver took off with our order, they immediately sent us another), and now that we’ve gone vegan, they still have great yummy options for us 🥰🍪
Insomnia Cookies nails the taste—warm, rich, and hard to resist. The problem is, they’re basically a fast track to gaining weight and flirting with diabetes if you make it a habit. Delicious, yes. Healthy, absolutely not. It’s the kind of treat you enjoy once in a while. BE CAREFUL!

Smh walked in here watched 3 other people get served and as I was looking to see what I wanted the cashier went to the back and disappeared for 20 mins maybe longer, like dang okay how do I take that.. so I walked out and decided to go back in and still order some dang cookies, I order them and she gets the order wrong and looks and me like I’m stupid and made the wrong order after I stated what I wanted loud and clear !! Horrible customer service let alone if u can’t do something right don’t work here!!

We got a cookie cake and it was SO SMALL FOR $21. Im actually so mad right now. Got it for a friends birthday and we are so disappointed. DO NOT GET THEIR COOKIE CAKES THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE. On their website it claims its for 2-3 people but its like maybe an inch larger in diameter than their normal cookies. By no means a cake! Such a rip off!!!!!! Aquaphor chapstick for size reference
