These are just... cookies. They are basic and you pay too much without getting uniqueness. You literally pay $3 for their basic cookies and they don't taste any better or different than getting cookies at a King Soopers bakery where the price is much more reasonable.Skip this place and go somewhere else.

Okay, the photo doesn’t do the TASTE justice. Dreamweaver ice cream, which is a funky looking s’mores flavor, atop chocolate chunk cookie! Insomnia Cookies has been on my list for some time so I was excited to try something different. This was delicious and I continue going back for the ice creams!

Can you believe people are paying $18 for a half dozen cookies these days?! I paid a little under $9 for a 12 pack of mini chocolate chip cookies. They were average at best.

I would definitely tread lightly before ever considering working or applying here, let alone supporting this specific location / company as a whole !!! The worst management I've ever seen in my entire professional career, at a store and corporate level. They don't value their employees, and would rather push people out instead of training, supporting and offering chances to grow & build. Potentially could be a great fit for a college student looking to work 1, max 2, days a week - because their stores solely survive off of these bakers, for without them they wouldn't stay afloat. Disgusting customer service, filthy food handling, and a lazy 19 year so-called ASM "Lacy" who's never had another job before on a dictating power trip, who hired her sister on and thinks she's untouchable... these people need a severe reality check. Beyond disgusting & unprofessional. Not to mention, there's rat traps galore in the back of house...... yak. Go in for a single cookie, but don't trust anything else!

Although the cookies are pricey, their deliciousness justifies the cost. Whether you choose a favorite or a wildcard flavor, both are fantastic. Surprisingly, the ice cream exceeded expectations. Anticipating another indulgence despite the high cost!

My wife and I ordered cookies to be delivered at 7:30pm. Before they were delivered the store called to let us know that they had forgot to send some of the items we ordered and they were going to send another driver right away. The first half of the order shows up and we get a notification that the other half is on its way. We live about 15-20 minutes from the store. It is currently 10:45pm and still nothing. We even called the store at 10pm to check on things and they said the order was on its way and would be here in 10 minutes. Nothing arrived. Terrible service.
