Fantastic service and so clean - all the pastries in the case looked so fresh and phenomenal! Enjoyed a beef borek (so flavorful & soft!), nutella acma, Turkish coffee (a must), and sobiyet! Everything was fantastic. What a wonderful treat! I hope the community keeps them very busy

I visited Istanbul Cafe for lunch. They walked us through the menu and even gave us a few samples. We ordered a doner wrap, a doner baguette, and a beef börek. Everything was great, and the prices were all fair. With great food and service, I’ll definitely be back.

INCREDIBLE! You'd almost miss it if you weren't walking by it or looking for it! We placed a pick up order for a doner baguette and manti - both were SO fresh, delicious, and authentic. It tasted homemade and we scarfed down the meal in less than 10 minutes (whoops). The service was wonderful, staff was so friendly when we placed our order and picked it up, and we can't wait to try the other things on their menu. It's great value too! Very big servings for a very reasonable price. Definitely putting Istanbul Cafe & Bakery on our regular rotation. Go support them!!

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, and got to sample several items because we were new customers- everything was delicious and fresh. The owners/staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend the baklava, boreks, and coffee. We will be coming back again soon!

Great spot in the heart of the Highlands. I just went in and had the spinach Borek. It was deliciously flaky and the filling was perfectly cooked. Good fresh ingredients. Also had a taste of the Baklava and it is so good, not overly sweet as some can be. Delicious all around. I recommend checking this place out.
I live directly across the street and decided to come in for the first time to check the place out and maybe get some pastries which look amazing. When I walked in there were 2 customers already in the store and being helped by staff. So as I waiting for them to finish I started to look at the pastry selection, while doing this 2 more customers came in. When the guy working finished with the customers that were already in the store previous to me, he went to the pastry display case grabbed 2 samples and handed them to the customers who walked in after me, completely ignoring me. Don’t really know what I did to be completely ignored (In the 30sec I was in the store) and why am I not worthy of getting a sample of the products I was just looking at. Pretty terrible service for a new business that will survive solely on its neighbors.
I don't usually leave reviews.. but this place is stellar. Very friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. The first thing I was offered were samples which is great!! Definitely will come back often.
