As always the food was amazing, but tonight my bartender, Coty, made me one of the most amazing cocktails! I had him surprise me with something that he created, and it was perfect! It was his Japanese Paper Plane! He used all Japanese’s ingredients to make an even better version of the classic cocktail! I hope this goes on the menu with how delicious and well balanced it was!
