It’s inside The Denver Central Market which has a great vibe. I got the Gryro and it was absolutely delicious! You order and pay at the counter and then they give you a buzzer that goes off once they have your food ready.

Absolutely love the pastries here! I usually get the cherry kouign amann but have also tried the Chocolate Roulette (super chocolatey), pistachio kouign amann, and I think my new favorite is the crème brûlée Queen! Super sad they don’t have the pistachio roulette anymore but definitely going back for more!
The HUNKY DORY is your new favorite sugary treat! Holy Moly is it crazy good. A re-organized cinnamon roll that puts cinnamon rolls to shame.
But the real problem is that thee business model in use is to only sell One at a Time. Tell you they "sold you the Last One". Thus making me desperate to come back for more!

Just came in today after dinner to get some tarts, and the employee was so nice he gave me 2 free Colorado Queen pastries. I'd never had them before, and we just ate the chocolate one at home and OMG it is actually the best pastry my partner and I have ever had! Wow. Perfect texture of light and slightly flaky with chewy and still somewhat softish, and the chocolate is to die for. Thank you 🥰 Tarts are bomb like always too!

Desserts were amazing. We got a dulce de leche cronut, peanut nougat cheesecake, and lemon meringue tart. All were delicious. The seating is crowded and chaotic. The shared Central market bathrooms were gross. I recommend takeout.
