It might just be the best bakery I've ever been to. My group split a few pieces and we couldn't get over how well put together and tasty each piece was. Many of them are stuffed with chocolate or fruit and not only are the flavors well balanced but so are the pastries themselves. I never once felt like anything was going to just fall apart and create an unmanageable mess. Really lovely food.

What I ordered was good. Customer service was good. I ordered an original of their main thing. There was a bunch of them with stuff and I think I will do one of those next, probly the pistachio one. Don't remember what it was called, but it was good.

Ordered the pancakes just to try something off the menu and the taste was pretty basic nothing popped or stood out about the items. I also got a few pastries that ended in the same result while everything looks amazing not much flavor to be found. Customer service wasn’t the best either probably wouldn’t come back honestly voodoo doughnuts was better.

Absolutely amazing bakery! The creme brulee Crown and the dulce de leches Roulette were phenomenal. Definitely worth every single calorie and carb. If I lived here I'd go every day until I had tried everything they have.

Review of the Dulce de Leche Roulette and Raspberry Cream Cheese Roulette:(Dulce de Leche Roulette) Wonderfully flakey pastry filled with a moderately sweet dulce de leche flavored cream. The cream was a smooth consistency without being too buttery, heavy or creamy. It was also light enough to stay inside the roulette the whole time, so a little could be enjoyed with each bite. A very nice pairing of textures and flavors that complimented each other well. Highly recommend(Raspberry Cream Cheese Roulette) Nope, I couldn’t take a second bite. The overly sweet jam flooded out after one bite and got everywhere. The raspberry overpowered both the texture and flavor of the pastry as well as masked the flavor of the cream cheese filling. Additionally the amount of jam to cream cheese filling seemed disproportionate. I could only find a little at the end after digging through the goopy mess. Do not recommend.Despite me not liking the raspberry pastry I would absolutely recommend the bakery.Their location within the Central Market is small but mighty. Their desserts are beautifully displayed, their staff is very kind and the packaging of the desserts is lovely as well.I can’t wait to go back and try new treats soon :)

The croissants! It's always tough to pick one thing to eat here because everything looks phenomenal. If you'd like to get great pictures for your feed then the roulette croissant is your best bet (it tastes good too).

Super yummy place!! It's inside the Denver Market and there was a decent size line when we arrived around 12:30pm. We got the scrambled egg with cheese on brioche and a couple pastries. I tried the raspberry croissant thing. The egg sandwich was filled with a ton of egg and the bread was delicious! I split it with my fiancé - it was huge. We both had one of those stuffed croissant things. His was matcha and I got the raspberry one. It was sooooo good. Lots of jam and cream in it and the croissant was super flaky and well baked. It helped make it not that sweet. There were so many things I wanted to try - like the croffle. I'll definitely be back!!

Somehow our four pastries came out to $44.82, but I don't even care that they overcharged me because they were worth every penny. We arrived at 10:40am on a Friday and the line wasn't too bad, probably 8 people in front of us. We ordered the raspberry cheesecake roulette, passionfruit roulette, creme brûlée crown, and tart cherry kouign-amann. They were all incredible and it's really hard to pick a favorite, but I think the passionfruit roulette was my favorite. Toasted meringue on top with delicious passionfruit filling inside of flaky croissant dough.
