Went through the drive thru at about 3:30 am on 1/27/25 and had an absolutely great experience with Carlos C. He was so polite and helpful and really went above and beyond!! He should get a raise and recognition!
First off they made my order completely wrong and then second off it was completely undercooked and disgusting looking look like old ass meat.. then the mini tacos please don't order them they are absolutely disgusting there's no meat in them and they're burnt.. manager was a complete joke instead of fixing my food he ended up just refunding my money and after my experience I will never be back to another Jack in the box after not being there for years as it was zero Stars if I could manager sucks food sucks..

Did a mobil order for some Birria Tiny tacos
These are ACTUALLY Barbacoa tacos not Birria, regardless they were good as a lil after bar snack
Parking: Probably 30+ parking spaces and ive never seen more than 3 taken at a time
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is usually empty besides staff/employee vehicles
I really like this location. I always get the two tacos. I order real salsa on the side of the employees are extremely attentive and patient. I also like that every time I’ve came into the restaurant it’s been very clean
Minimal thrill. $25 bucks for a chkn sandwich meal and a shake and value sandwich is a bit ridiculous. Employees too not engaged. Ask for napkins, they ust point and back to drive thru. Meh. We're good. You work for pennies on the dollar not me. Keep yo attitude for the dt not front counter. Thx.
I always go to Jack in the Box for breakfast. Today I went by around 9:01am and the young lady was very rude. I asked for hot sauce she said it’s in the bag. I let her know she forgot to add one burrito she ignored me. Then is she charged me for a comb when I asked for just the burrito. I had to stop by Family Dollar for creamer because she did not give me an enough surgery for 5 coffees! Will think about going for breakfast next time. My order was 160, 211

After 1 and a half hours I get an email canceling my order and asking me to call. Which by the way No one actually answers the phone and it has a mail box that isn't set up yet. So noway of getting my money refunded with going down another rabbit hole. Screw this place. Absolutely no accountability like just about everything else in this town oh wait there's more. I just went to submit this and it would not go through without me telling it who I came with and why I was there.
