1 star rating because Sarah A has a bad attitude. She made the whole experience bad. You shouldn't work in customer service if your going to have a bad attitude and if your lazy. I asked if she knew how to make a secret recipe item and showed her the recipe off the website. She kept mumbling under her breathe and said she "couldn't make it anymore because it would be too expensive"... You guys should do yourself a favor and let her go so you can find someone to fill her position that actually wants to be there. I seen multiple bad reviews because of her attitude.

sharing a 1 star review in hopes upper management sees this. the fact the air con isn't working for your staff and you refuse to let them open the doors to help them not overheat is absolutely egregious. the store is great, love the drinks, but it is inhumane to have your staff work in these conditions.

Your manager here needs to be retrained how do I order a greens and ginger but it’s orange and the girls that made my drink are liek it’s ok it’s a little green that’s not the point if I wanted a ginger smoothie I would of said only ginger now my this ginger smoothie is so strong it’s burns my inside so I won’t doubt I’ll have a heartburn the rest of the day no wonder why they had closed this place down

I passed by early in the morning shortly after sunrise. I THINK they opened at 7am. I was getting in my morning 10,000 steps. Close to my hotel (The Brown Palace). A few homeless people here and there. But for the most part. Average everyday morning commuters?

I had not been in a Jamba Juice in a decade but this particular location on the 16th Street Mall was a godsend after a difficult day. My flight in to Denver that """morning""" (no longer morning when the plane actually took off) was delayed about 12 hours so I was already starting off not in a good mood, and my uber driver complained about Colorado workers comp law to me the entire way in to the city (I am not sure how this is my problem to solve as I know nothing about workers comp and Colorado state law, or how many times I can say "wow that's crazy" as appeasement in a nearly hour long ride in rush hour from the airport to my hotel down the street from this JJ) so after checking in to my hotel I briskly sashayed out for my first meal of the day that was not a $6 airport water bottle or the Big Red gum package I had safely stowed in my carry on about 6am that morning. The one thing my uber driver recommended I check out besides the Rockies game I already had tickets for was the 16th Street Mall, so I headed that way since the Rockies game and the divine dippin' dots for dinner I would eventually procure there was still a day away.I walked a good portion of the 16th Street Mall that early evening and nothing spoke to me, but the JJ finally caught my eye. I googled the menu since I had not been in over a decade and I was pleased to find a watermelon breeze concoction - a perfect summer drink to make things "fun and flouncy" in the immortal words of Cody Rigsby. Despite it being the dinner time hours, there was no line in the JJ. This also spoke to me as I had lost the little patience I had been given to last my entire lifetime. As the store was empty and looked like it had been devoid of customers for a while as it was an absolutely spotless Jamba Juice, the sole employee, a college-aged fellow, manning the store instantly perked up and seemed happy I was there. Sean M. (according to the receipt anyway) was incredibly polite and welcoming. We had a quick chat about the oat milk, I briefly got lost in his kind eyes, and then he got to work on my festive drink before our fleeting interaction that brightened my day was quickly over with. The Jamba watermelon breeze actually tastes like watermelon, which means there is actually fruit in it, which is very impressive. At one of the other big national smoothie brands you usually get the equivalent of La Croix flavour - it tastes like you are sitting on the lap of someone thinking about a flavour, but that is about as close proximity as you will get to any real flavour in your cup, so you are paying for basically ice-flavoured smoothie. Meanwhile here, a good bit of honest to god watermelon fruit met its end in the blender to make this fun & flouncy drink for me to cool me down yet also power me up for a nearly 10 mile walk. I then put respeck on its watermelon name enough that I took it on a walking ghost tour of the city over near the Molly Brown House, until finally ending the evening back in my hotel room.Over a decade ago I never expected to come back to Jamba as a big fan but this particular shop location on the 16th Street Mall and Sean's skills with the blender have definitely changed my mind about Jamba - so, well done. Sean has definitely earned a raise from Jamba corporate based on some of the older yelp reviews about what this store used to be like before he righted the ship.

An employee named Kat is very friendly and hard working at this store and that's why the 4 star but this store needs a complete overhaul in every way possible. Hygiene, upkeep, cleanliness, modernity etc etc. No idea why they can't hire more people and change the look and vibe of this store.

The location isn't the greatest nor the cleanest for it to be downtown , I been going for 3 days straight for a watermelon smoothie and it has always been the same female there , she very sweet and very hard working . Not sure of her name my last visit they ran out of raspberry for my smoothie and she recommend pineapple and I was still satisfied and I'm only giving the store a 3 because of the young women

This place is disgusting. Employee was petting a dog and then went and made drinks and food.
