My girlfriend and I walked here after visiting the Nature and Science Museum. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing on a Friday around noon. The avocado salmon roll was buttery umame and the Tonkatsu ramen hit just right. The pork flavor was strong but not too rich, and they gave me a generous portion of pork belly. It was served the perfect temperature. Will be back again when visiting Denver

Definitely a good location, but the food is just okay for the price. Got 3 rolls and an appatizer, and while none of them were bad, nothing was stunning. A solid place if you're in the sushi mood, but nothing special.

The portions were big and everything that we had was delicious! The poke had really fresh fish and veggies. The miso was flavorful and i loved the dressing fpr the house salad. Will be coming back.

I was looking for a different restaurant when I stumbled upon this one. It said grand opening so i decided to check them out. It’s a family owned sushi, ramen, and hibachi spot. The customer service was great they were really kind, and they’ve only been opened a month! They served me a glass of cucumber water which was super refreshing. I started off with the Crab Rangoons, and they were a hit. The mixture was very creamy and the shell was crisped to perfection. The roll I decided on was the Angry Dragon Roll. While I wish it had more texture it was very flavorful. I’ve never had flavorful sushi before and it wasn’t just the sweet sauce they drizzled on top (which I could’ve gone for a little more of) the crab on top was so tasty. I can see myself coming back when I have an inkling for sushi. I wonder if their ramen and hibachi is just as good.

Best sushi on Colfax hands down! Very creative rolls — we had three different types and all were equally delicious. We also tried the fatty salmon and it was incredibly fresh. The staff is so kind and attentive. Prices are great. Absolutely would recommend!

I went with one of the combo sushi plates. The nigiri featured a larger than usual slab of fish, and seemed a good value. The spicy roll was a bit higher than I would expect on the price, but with the minir discount from getting everything as a combo, it wasn't horrible.

The menu also featured ramen and bento boxes of karaage/tempura fried meats. I didn't get to try either, but I saw a few come out to other tables and people seemed happy with them.

A bit upscale in pricepoint, with no lunch special, unfortunately. The water came with a cucumber slice, but the fancy ambience isn't quite there, particularly with the large laminated single-sided menu.

There is still a dual set of bar seating for ~8-10, ~5 two-tops and a four-top, so probably best for small groups. Seems like a good place if only some of your party wants to eat sushi.

I'm glad to see something pop up where the old breakfast spot was. Opening on Colfax during the BRT construction project is rough though. I hope they make it through until the street normalizes.

Loved the seating arrangement. We loved the sushi rolls especially the Steven roll and the Colfax roll. Staff was super friendly and kind.
