Sorry it was me and my mom. Didn't know where to order and it was kind of confusing. Hadn't been to the store before. Got seated @ other places but we're smashed into spots. Not liking that we came there. The service was awesome after we could flgure it out.

Can I just say, I love this store. Every time we are in a bind and our office lunch orders get cancelled from other vendors that cannot get it together, Jason's Deli consistently comes through and saves the day. Ashley in Denver is amazing, would recommend her 10/10. Points for a REAL person answering the phone in REAL TIME, knows the menus and delivery options and is patient and polite with my questions. It is so easy to order delivery and catering also, as I have used them in many states. The food is always fresh, timely and well-presented. My team loves the menu here! Why anyone would bother going to other lunch spots before just placing it with Jason's Deli is beyond me. These guys will be my go-to from now on. I have learned the hard way one too many times.

Food was ok but the staff was horrible. I watched a manager and another worker eat soup behind the counter, staff should not eat where food is stored, while someone was waiting to place their order. They continued to eat for an additional ten minutes before assisting the customer. Not the best service!

Waited a bit for our sandwiches, and unprompted the manager comped our meals and gave a free meal! Such good service. And the pot roast melt was fabulous too
Jason's Deli has been consistently good across all of its locations I have visited. I like their use of only quality food. When I'm in a strange city, I look for them first.

This is an excellent place to eat right off 16th Street Mall. It has an entrance right on the 16th Street Mall and it entrance around the corner on California Street.

I am a student of the AVEDA institute and we share walls with Jason's deli, so needless to say, they get TONS of business from all of our students. On SEVERAL occasions now, the crotchety "manager" of sorts has been super offensive and rude. Treating people like idiots, mooches, or even thieves. The last things someone wants on their lunch break is to have unnecessary negative reactions with a power trip.

Good food. A bit pricey for me, but then, I'm on a fixed income and Jason's Deli is a "couple times a year" treat for me. They have good sandwiches, whole or half, and fresh salad ingredients; though never sliced radishes. After your meal, you can have free self-serve soft-serve ice cream or an approximation of same, dispensed in chocolate, vanilla, or a swirl of both. Unlimited refills of your fountain-drink choice. I am disappointed that I cannot get Mtn. Dew, or Pepsi, but Minute Maid Lemonade suits my Deli meal pretty well. I enjoy their broccoli/cheese soup. This was only my second visit. They close at 3pm.
