We were going to a light art show in the area and decided to give this place a try. The place is huge with a juke box, tvs, and pool tables. It is owned by this Asian couple that are so sweet. When we were ready to order, I asked Jan (bar tender/waitress/cook) what is her favorite item on the menu. She said her favorite is green curry or Panang. My husband decided to try their special zap burger on the menu and I went for the panang curry. When the food arrived, everything looked gourmet and lovely. The flavors exploded in our mouths. Turns out, Jan makes everything fresh to order with fresh ingredients. She was proud of her food and she should be! It was the best we ever had. Jan’s cooking is out of this world. Everything we tried from the curries, burgers, fries, to the creamy wontons was fresh and flavorful, and omg so good! This place is truly a diamond in the rough with Jan, the exceptional chef.

Based on the name we expected typical burgers and other diner food. While they do offer a variety of burgers, we were all drawn to the Thai cuisine. The whole experience was such a pleasant surprise! The wontons were fantastic! I wish I lived closer, unfortunately visiting Jay's will probably be a rare occasion.

Horrible service, went in after work on Thursday 8-7-2025 and sat down at the bar, 3 employees ignored us completely for 20 minutes while they served all the regulars that came on after us, only acknowledged us when I said we are not invisible, thanx for for the great service. This place sucks

We stopped for lunch. This hidden Gem has absolutely the most amazing Asian foods. The sauces are home made everything is very fresh and delicious. We had wontons and dumplings- home made and delicious! John was bartending and serving and his wife Jan is the lovely chef! They have a patio that allows well behaved pets, with a view of Denver. They also have happy hour everyday 3-6! Thanks for a great experience!!

This place has the most delightful combination of atmosphere (spectacular view of the Denver skyline), delicious Thai food made from scratch (in addition to regular bar food), and wonderful ownership. This place is totally on assuming. And you would probably never come here. But if you did this place would become a regular stop.

We have been coming to Jays since our first anniversary and we celebrated 19 this year on the We have been coming there to celebrate our anniversary and the Fourth of July since our first anniversary and missed the last 2 years. when we got there, we saw that the establishment has been taken over. We’ve been going to a place that had average food once a year and now we found one of our favorite spots!
