The beer selection is limited, and the owner was incredibly rude to my friend and I.

I was told that service dogs were welcome, and there is a sign on the outside verifying this. However, she interrogated me about my condition to the point I felt uncomfortable.

I will not be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jefferson Park Pub is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is awesome—laid back, welcoming, and just a great place to hang out. The Iowa theme is such a fun touch and gives the place real personality.

The drinks are amazing, especially the pickle vodka, which is a must-try. Everything was well made and clearly thought out, not just your typical bar drinks.

Sara, the owner, is incredible. You can tell she genuinely cares about the place and the people in it, and that energy carries through the whole pub. Between the great drinks, the vibe, and the attention to detail, this spot quickly became a favorite.

Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.

I haven’t tried the food yet, so I won’t comment on that.

My main concern was staffing. Thursdays are often considered the “new Fridays,” yet there was only one bartender scheduled with no support. This isn’t necessarily a critique of the bartender’s skill, though I do believe a more guest-forward and welcoming approach would have improved the experience.
There was a noticeable wait for drinks while tasks like finishing clean dishes and adjusting lighting were prioritized. Having worked in hospitality for 14 years, I understand the difference between being genuinely overwhelmed and struggling with time management.
My hope is that for such a profitable bar, management will staff appropriately—not only to meet revenue goals, but also to meet the expectations of neighborhood regulars who want to feel valued and taken care of.

Stopped in with my wife, daughter and granddaughters. Very welcoming environment and staff. Cozy spot for a drink and bite to eat.

The food here was absolutely on point, from the Appetizer to the main course it was 5 star for sure the only thing I could complain is the wait was a little longer than what I thought it would be and the parking here was a absolute nightmare but other than those two complaints it was awesome and ive been back 3 times since my first time.

Atmosphere is awesome but that's it. Beer selection is mid and the pretzel bites I got including the cheese just sucked

Good vibes, a few outdoor tables that are dog friendly, and really interesting infused vodkas and tequilas for when you're feeling adventurous.

They don't have many food options but the pretzel bites were pretty yummy. There are also places around to order food from.
