I have been coming to this location a number of years. Recently, it seems like the quality of the indoor pickup experience has drastically declined. On multiple occasions, while the store was not busy, I've had to correct an employee while they were making a single sandwich. Also, online orders are seem prioritized which can make the takeout experience take far longer than necessary.

Way less meat than normal and unmelted cheese on cheesesteak. What happened?
Edit: They provided an email address to reach out to, which I did. They have not responded after 72 hours. Additional detail from my visit: a guy behind the counter offered 3 teens free drinks for providing 5 star reviews, so be careful with trusting any of these positive reviews. This place has gone extremely downhill.

The Italian is dope! Staff is great, very friendly! The store is clean and well maintained, I will definitely make this my Jersey Mike’s destination.
