Don't mobile order here. We ordered early, arrived at the designated pickup time and when we went in to grab it, the order wasn't ready nor was it even being prepared. They kept saying they never recieved anything until they finally checked their computer to find our order. Then we had to wait another 15+ mins for it to be prepared. The staff was kind and helpful during all of this, but if we ever come back again we definitely aren't ordering online.

I'm not sure what is the problem with a few of the employees, but they can be unpleasant. Sometimes the Spanish speaking lady in the mornings is not very nice. But I have the biggest problem with the young black man with dreads, that was slicing today. He gets very angry and seems very inconvenienced to do his job. I have been bothered by him for a few months now, because he used to be very kind, but he's now always slamming stuff and muttering out loud. Even if another employee offers him help, he condescendingly says no, and then seems more angry to be asked. What happened to this guy? I can understand one bad day, but now it's becoming a regular occurrence. I can feel his anger radiate, and that's not how customer service should be.

Maybe the best jersey Mike's in the state. The employees appear to care very much about quality and customer experience. The attitude and overall positivity of the staff made all the difference.

I don't like to leave reviews, but this location needs reviewing. The quality of service has gone down. There has always been the same woman cashier, but she has been placed in other positions as of lately. This is a recent change. The other employees are slow and inefficient. The original woman is quick, professional, and helpful. If something is wrong with an order, she always makes it right. These employees cannot correctly ring in items, nor do they know how to resolve issues. This is fine when there's not many people ordering, but when there is a packed restaurant things get messy. I see a lot of new employees, and understand that all employees need to learn to do their jobs, but it should be done at a slower time of day. Some of us need to get back to work. I've tried to give this change a chance, but it's not going to work for me. Has management changed?

Ordered and paid for 2 catering boxes in advance. When I got there, nothing was prepared. Sandwiches thrown together. Sloppy work. Not what I expected since this was my go to place for this service at this time of year.

Blonde girl behind the counter visibly irritated that I was telling her what I wanted on my sub... After every item she snapped ANYTHING ELSE!?!? ANYTHING ELSE!?!? ANYTHING ELSE!?!? It looks like she may have other negative reviews on here, I'm assuming it's the same girl. I understand food service work isn't the greatest job in the world, but it's typically a stepping stone to other things, and if you're angry at customers for telling you what you want on your sandwich, then this isn't the gig for you. Her attitude was very aggressive. Never going back here again.

Employee was making people sandwiches and putting the receipts on top of the half made sandwiches. Subs that were made the jersey ways had wet receipts on it. Receipts has ink on them. Very unsanitized. Bought to employee (lady that looked like she hated her job) attention and they was like oh well
