Been coming here for years, at least 4-6 sandwiches a month between my family. It’s always been prompt, and always been great. One exception, as of late, they kept forgetting the bacon (which is oddly a deal breaker for someone in my family). So, let them know, and immediately manager reached out to rectify the issue. Great service, great quality, nice part of town with plenty of parking. 5 stars all the way. The only other issue I have, is they often run out of the cherry pepper relish jars. Just the extra jars, never missing from sandwich, but I don’t fault them for that, they just dope and sell fast. Updating our new allowance to 8 sandwiches / mint going forward.

Unreal! Order a pickup and had to wait until they were done making sandwiches for others even though my bag was just sitting there. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

Been coming here since they opened a while back, and I love seeing staff work their way up in rank. Also love seeing the new young kids putting in solid effort, this location specifically is probably the best overall experience from any that ive ever been too.Thanks for the great lunches over the years

Don't go during lunch. I stood in line for 40 minutes and there were still 2 people ahead of me. I didn't even get my food. They take priority of orders being picked up versus being ordered in restaurant. Very disappointing.

I placed my order online through the app and accidentally placed it for the wrong store!! I quickly realized when I went to the counter and they couldn’t find an order with my name - they were so accommodating even with the crazy lunch rush going on and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I had used points on that sub that I had to forfeit at the other location - understandably so - and they still gave me the sub for free!! They are always slammed when I come in but my sub is consistently amazing!! Thanks y’all!

Jersey Mikes is one of my favorite sandwich spot. This location is awful. I order 1 to 2 times a week and my order is always wrong or I’m missing an item. They are the only location that doesn’t put the seal on the bag for food delivery. My sandwich is always incorrect and the past 3 orders I haven’t received my drink or chips.

Was in today around lunch time. The staff (six people working behind the counter) were so overwhelmed with online orders, they were ignoring the customers standing in line in the store. Waited for 15 minutes and finally gave up and went elsewhere.

Life Behind Bars

I love JM's and have been coming to them for years. For some reason, this location prioritizes to go orders before walk in customers. No exaggeration, I have been here many times during the week around 11-1130 and have been the only one in line, but yet I had to wait for the employees to finish making to go orders before they could take mine. Or they take mine, and I still have to wait 20 minutes before they make it. In some instances, I could have been in and out in less than 5 minutes, but it instead took me 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Very strange business practice where you neglect your customers with funds in hand for service that are right in front of you.

It's just sad that you can't get the same consistency from the same chain. The picture on the right is the same sandwich from the Northfield blvd location in Denver with 1/3 the meat and cheese of the one on the right from NJ. Maybe they think they don't have as much competition out here so they don't need as good of a product but this sandwich was definitely not worth $24. If you want a good sandwich in Denver check out Lou's Italian Specialties in RiNo or Spinelli's Market in Park Hill.

Been getting wrong sandwich’s more and more and now it’s just frustrating. Finally drove back to get the sandwich I ordered and wasted lunch, but still had to pay for it… no free sandwich, not even a sorry… just “oh” and took the sandwich. I guess if you’re going in you’re fine but don’t bet on a order ahead
