The food quality is like other Jersey Mike’s locations but they seem to get a couple ingredients wrong each order. The first step in building a sandwich is slicing the bread. How do you grab the wrong bread and not notice immediately?
2025 update: they messed up the bread once again. I also ordered extra meat and did not receive extra meat.

I normally would never review a franchise but the layout in this store is just pure silly.
Two times Ive been here and havent ate. You got a bunch of people standing around and no signs saying what side to order on when its busy.
Then I got skipped and had to ask all the customers if theyre in line or ordered (they all ordered). Oh! But they have a big sign above the obvious fountain station that says “Refreshments”
To whoever doesnt know how to show a simple ordering layout, Ive seen it at other Mikes locations. You truly are inept

I’ve never left a review for a chain before, but this J Mike’s deserves 5 stars. I’ve been a fan of Mike’s for a decade and when I first moved to this area, this store sucked. Careless staff, long wait, sub par subs.
But over the last two years the new managers have gotten this place more than worthy of 5 stars. Classic service, speedy slicing and a club sub I can proudly say is A Sub Above the rest here in Denver (at least for the price).
How good? Last time I ordered online I left a note saying I had a bad day and they threw in a free cookie.

The service here is terrible. Today, I ordered a single sandwich at 2:45pm (not a busy time) and went over 45 minutes later to get my order. Was told I had to wait, which took about 10 minutes. Was late for a work meeting because of this. Just ridiculous, what is the point of ordering ahead? Won't be tipping beforehand again, they ignore my order until I arrive anyways.

I ordered my sandwich, and the first thing I said to the person taking my order was vegetarian, and i wanted it on Parmesan bread. Then I told him I wanted the Portobello sandwich with extra cheese and the peppers and onions Raw. Then they went to slice the cheese, which was just covered with turkey and other meat from the previous sandwich. I had to ask him to please wipe that off before he sliced the cheese for my sandwich. And the other young guy who was not wearing a uniform no hat and semi long hair started to make my order. Then he went ahead and grilled the peppers and chopped them up into portabellas for my sandwich, so I had to ask them to remake the sandwich, and then he put it on the wrong bread. This is the worst Jersey Mike's experience I've ever had, and this is a sandwich I got. the five guys that seemed to want a horse play rather than doing their work. The young girl there was the only one who seemed to be doing work. I will never order another sandwich from this location

A Door Dasher stole my delivery order by no fault of Jersey Mikes. The GM at this location, Jason Sarofsky, provided me with some of the best customer service from a restaurant I've received to date. Not only did he refund my money back, he mailed several free subs to my home to account for my lost JM reward points.
Give this man a raise & visit this location - they're the best!
