The closing crew on 3/23 was awful. We came in at 8pm and didn’t get out until 8:35pm. These guys acted like we weren’t even there. Then they proceeded to tell us It was easier to do a cold cut instead of a hot sandwich. Also, they couldn’t focus on the tasks at hands because of all the BSing. They also had a very dirty work space. We love jersey mikes but we also had the same experience in charlotte, NC. I hope they can get this figured out or we will not be recommending or going back.

Food was perfect like usual. The staff though seem to absolutely hate their life. No hellos or thank you or excuse me. Just, what do you want, here's my sandwich, you're in my way. I didn't go for the conversation but I didn't go to be depressed either. Still though, really good sammich (had #7 turkey and provolone this time around)

This location is headed in the wrong direction. Constantly out of bread, filthy in the work area. Been coming to this location for a long time and now it's time to stop. Very unfortunate

They never asked about additional toppings. When I said that I wanted additional toppings I was told that they could put them in a bowl. I said no because I did not want to be difficult and it’s their job to put on toppings.

I got back to my job site to find that there was almost nothing inside the sandwich.

Pretty disappointing for a $12 sandwich from a restaurant that only sells sandwiches.

I ordered 3 subs on the app and ordered 1 in person. The 1 i ordered in person was completely wrong, but I waited 20 mins for it and I didn't want to wait another 20 mins. So... whatever. I waited a total of 50 mins for the 3 orders placed on the app. At least those 3 were all correct. But 50 mins for 3 subs with no special instructions?? That's absurd. I could have gone to a restaurant and gotten my food faster.

I'm just not going to order from here again.

Hands down, THE best Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to, and I travel all over the states. Wonderful customer service. The ladies were so accommodating on the fact that I needed my bread very toasted in order to eat it and digest it properly. They put it on the grill until I was satisfied with the amount of toasted. I often stay in a hotel nearby, so I will be back.

This was my first time eating at Jersey mikes. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was delicious. I went back the next day and ordered another one. This place was clean and staff was friendly

Seriously the slowest service I’ve probably ever had in Bozeman or Belgrade that’s insane. 30min for a mini sandwich what are you doing. Employees use the brain in your head please
