It's few and far between that a sandwich shop has gluten-free (gf) rolls. It's a hard diet restriction that Jersey Mikes takes into thoughtful consideration. It keeps hoagies and grinders for those who grew up with them on the menu. Great portions, freshly cut, and served with kindness from a team that seems happy and glad to be there. I don’t understand the poor reviews about this store. The staff is always fantastic! Even when you can tell that they are understaffed or swamped with orders they stay busy and provide a great meal. If you need a meal on the way to or from the airport I highly recommend this location.

Came here Sunday night, the staff had to be new or something I’ve been to a couple stores before this and had great experiences. Where do I begin? Well the guy made my sub on the wrong bread, told him I wanted the rosemary parm. I get to the girls at the end of the line, they don’t ask me if I want the certain ingredients, I asked for it “mikes way” and they didn’t put onions on it. They asked if I wanted bacon, uh yeah that’s why I ordered the 8 that has bacon on it. Finally asked for a side of chipotle mayo for my sandwich, I bet I waited 5 minutes after I paid for that side, guy and the 2 girls were just goofing around laughing toward the back while I waited. I understand new staff but these people were not even trying, not a good experience at all, which sucks because there isn’t one where I live and I was really looking forward to this.

Can’t even cut the subs good! ? If you want your subs cut in half, make sure to bring your own knife because I’m sure you’ll do a better job cutting it in half than these clowns who work there!What a joke! Probably won’t return.

Trying to get the phone number to corporate office. I walked in and they too busy talking to each other than to service customers. The one guy was nice and acknowledged me but once he handed me my sandwich I continued to stand there waiting for someone to check me out. Standing there I was able to sadly observe that they never change their gloves out. They handle receipts, bags, food, cash register and never once changed their gloves. I used to be nurses assistant we are trained to change gloves out. So when they handle sandwiches just handle sandwiches and if you touch cash register and other items you have to change your gloves out. I'm highly disturbed that the food Industry isn't being taught this. The one girl even wipe mayo that was on her glove onto the sandwich and she had handled multiple things before she did that.. and none of them changed their gloves out. I didn't even eat my sandwich just threw it away... I'll eat the chips and drink my pop but I'm so highly grossed out at this point.

Always out of bread and meats, staff is rude, and management will respond to your review to make it feel like they're doing something when clearly they are not. You don't fix a restaurant in the reviews, you get into the store and fix it yourself, if you're competent.
Staff gets a big well done, the meats are more flavorful than most sub shops, clean and quick great combo.

I just ordered a Italian sub. 12 inch at a whopping $21. My very first time at jersey Mike's. The service was on point. But the sandwich not so much. The dough was not done at all. As I was eating the bread turned into mush.
