Fantastic sushi restaurant! Unassuming from the outside but really a special place. Everything is so fresh and delicious. David (our server) was amazing. He is so friendly and attentive. The sushi is some of the best I’ve had in Denver.

I am a regular at Jett Sushi, their food is fantastic and David is a joy to encounter. This place always serves the goods from appetizers to drinks to sushi. Grateful to have this local spot on Colfax!

We started coming here about a year ago for their awesome lunch sashimi specials and somehow it quickly turned into an almost-weekly tradition. Whether it’s a quick workday lunch or a full-on family feast, this place never misses.
The fish is always served at exactly the right temperature, which is surprisingly rare and makes such a difference. The spicy edamame is truly one of a kind and a must-order every time.
