Like other reviews on here, this location used to be good. Whoever is running it now is extremely lazy. I just placed an order on the app and paid for it, AND tipped… keep in mind. I just received a call from a kid at the store telling me “in the future to not order anything, unless it includes a sandwich” or he will cancel the order himself… Not only have I placed this exact order through my online app to the store for the last five years many many times throughout the year, I’ve never heard of something so silly before… It sounds to me like you were mad you got a smaller tip because the order itself was a smaller order ticket… Maybe you shouldn’t work at a delivery store if you are mad that people are sometimes not going to want a 25$+ order… some people don’t even eat your sandwiches. I wonder if your boss knows that you are calling people and telling them that. I will not be ordering from this location anymore thanks to Dylan.

Update: we originally loved this location and was happy to find a jimmy John’s that was top quality near us but after Multiple trips to this location I can no longer give them a glowing recommendation, nick is the only one I trust at this location to actually make our food properly, everyone else quite literally sucks at this location unfortunately. Ordered two sandwiches a club lulu and an Italian night club, which is what we always get from here. Today my club lulu had one freaking piece of turkey and bacon and a disgusting amount of lettuce, requested extra pickle and was giving hardly any and light cucumber which apparently to them meant one half piece. The Italian night club was also had topped with anything, super frustrating and annoying experience and best to say we will literally only be returning if we know nick will be making our sandwiches personally. Its quality today was just overall ridiculous, like seriously one single piece of turkey and bacon what the actual heck!
Goated location! I’m not sure what his name is but the amazing delivery driver not only gave me directions on where to go to find the store but made out food fantastic! Edit: his name is nick!! He was fantastic and recommended my boyfriend a new sandwich! Loved nick! loved this location!

Really love Jimmy John’s and hate to be leaving a bad review but I am just sad with my experience. I order here all the time, but this time, it took over an hour to deliver my food and by the time it got to me, the ice in my drink was melted and my sandwich was wet from the mayo that had been sitting for so long. Also forgot my straw :(

Hands down THE BEST jimmy johns in the entire Denver area, I will stand ten toes down behind that belief! Just look at the reviews of all the other locations. I frequently order delivery to my place from this location as it is nearby but I’ve even gone as far as picking up at this location all the way from my job in centennial 12 min away because the other 2 jimmy johns in the immediate area are terrible - and now my coworkers do the same!!!!

My wife used to own a Jimmy Johns and was a Rockstar GM at one before that. She knows how to do JJs right, and this place does it right. This is the only JJs we want to eat at now, and when we go to other ones we can really tell what we’re missing. The owner is so welcoming and there’s always a great vibe!

The guy running the reg wouldn’t let a 7 month pregnant woman use the restroom without buying something. I understand the need to keep homeless from destroying the bathroom but I’m clearly very pregnant. There’s no reason to be such a snot when I need to to use the restroom in an emergency. I hope he never has a pregnant partner in that situation.

UPDATE: This was a 1 star review after a bad experience with an outsourced delivery order, but in less than a day these guys explained what happened and made it right. In-house delivery is still the norm, but they sometimes have to outsource when it gets too busy. Thanks all for the awesome service as usual!
