We just ordered a big order for my team at work. Some of our sandwiches had special instructions on it on what to and not have on the sandwich. It even says on the receipt. They did not follow the instructions and there was also a hair in one of our sandwiches. How hard is it to follow simple instructions that are written down? You guys need to train your employees basic literacy and following directions.

No avocado when ordered for the beach club and my ultimate porker had 1 piece of bacon on it. Everywhere else does at least 4. The one by the bus stop on 16th is so much better. People were nice, just not coming back. Stop short changing people on their food.

8/31/2025 night crew deserves this 5 star. On arrival easy way to find parking even if finding parking isn't easy, the roads don't make it hard though as other places. 1 hour or less before close they were still cordial and nice to talk to. Food was perfect, satisfying, and hit the spot!

If you dont have delivery drivers, why are you offering delivery? I just waited an hour and a half, now it says it's been delivered but it hasn't. Called the store they explained that they don't have e drivers and were using Uber. So much for lunch today.

I ORDERED ONLINE AND ALL MY DELIVERY DRIVERS CANCELed. I called one of them and he said that there is not parking spots for picking up. How come you have deliveries and orders online and the delivery drivers cannot park? Such a bad location to order from. Waste of time for me, my coworkers and also all the drivers that cancelled. I also hear that one driver got scolded by RTD bus driver because she parked on the front of your store.. it is ridiculous. She was treated rude in front of your store and people. She had to leave terrified. I wont be ordering again from here. You have to think twice about the service and also about how people can pick up orders..
