They let me know ahead of time they were out of lettuce. Still grabbed a sandwich and they gave me a drink for free because there was no lettuce
I got delivery from these guys today and it was so good, my sandwich was made to perfection and they made sure I got the right cookie! And the guy was super nice I feel bad I gave him a lousy tip, I'll go back and give him a tenner! Very happy!

Seems like a lot of folks have the same thoughts about this place. Ordered two sandwiches with certain topping requests that were completely ignored and when we unwrapped the sandwiches, it was 70% bread with some random fillings stuffed inside. Is that the signature of this location I guess?

Came to this location in the morning at 10am at open time The employee ignores me and keeps the door locked. I called and he said he’d open the doors in 5 minutes it’s now 10:30 and he’s just chilling and not doing his job

This establishment is knowingly breaking Ally’s law which took effect in 2024. I was on my way back to DIA today and was refused access to the restroom because the wise guy at the counter claimed I needed to buy something first. Well little did he know that it’s illegal in Colorado and about 20 other states to do that. Way to turn away tourists walking around Denver and cause a reason to never eat at your garbage sandwich shop ever again.
