Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Spent 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru with one car of me. Then when I finally ordered the staff was incredibly rude. I read off my order of one sandwich and the worker stopped me in the middle of my sentence and said "can you slow down?" Incredibly rude. Got up to the window to pay and the worker said they were out of French bread? How are you out of bread at a sandwich shop?

Dear Jimmy John's you have definitely made an error in your current strategy of reducing the sandwich sizes keeping the same price. I came to you with an expectation of my previous quality of your product by considerably shrinking the size of your sandwiches the billy club no longer can satiate my wife and I when we split it. What would have been more preferable is to you keep the same size and quality of the sandwich and raise the price to maintain your margins you have made an error in strategy I find this terribly disappointing

Rude to customers. They make you buy a whole sandwich to use the restroom, and then when I did, I told him to throw it away they gave it to another customer, which is stealing. Dirty store as well bikes everywhere in the halls, and he took forever to unlock the restroom.

The Fat man with the patchy beard cursed me out because I wanted to get a soda and tried to fill my cup up. I get we’re downtown and you see a lot of weird people but that doesn’t mean that we all deserve to be treated like trash.
Thomas came by the West End apartments on the Fourth of July and made everyone’s day with some sandwiches. They were great & so was he! We appreciated it & his energy, and will be ordering here soon again.

Arrive and walk 15 min before closing to just to be told they threw away ingredients and can make another sandwich for the night.. just let a paying customer walk out, hungry... terrible service, can't imagine how they make money doing that every night.. poor training. Could care less about their job. I'll go elsewhere
