The service here is top notch! Everyone is in a good mood, talkative and friendly - one even sings/calls out orders in rhymes. Food is normal as other JJ but I would go here forever for the service. The bike delivery guy took my order last time and was exceptionally friendly + kind!

I don't understand when I ask for a sandwich with no lettuce and no tomatoes, you still put that junk on my sandwich? I can't believe the stupidity! Don't go there, it's a waste of your time and money.

We are here for a business retreat and stopped for lunch. A coworker asked for a key to use the bathroom and the gentlemen on the the register said customers only. Coworker responded I'm with this group and just finished eating (with some attitude for being questioned). After he walked away to the bathroom the sandwich maker on the line with round glasses or the bearded guy at the line end, called my coworker a dickhead. I confronted them and the end line worker said, i said he didnt need to be a dickhead. Classy. 12pm on 2/12
Everything was good but the music. I asked them to change it from the heavy metal/death rock to something more mainstream, and they did without complaint. Service was spot on, sandwich was so delicious I couldn't put it down.
