The workers here are super rude. I don’t write reviews but I was shocked at the way they treated me. First of all I asked to charge my lap top for 2 minutes and stand to the side and he put his hand in my face and said no, then my sandwich was cold and I asked if they could toast it and they said “no” because that number wasn’t toasted. The paper said “toasted subs” so I assumed it was toasted. They could have told me. Then I asked if they could toast it, I would even pay extra, and they just coldly told me “no,” again. I don’t get why it is a big deal to toast it, it doesn’t cost anything. They were so rude to me.

I had THE WROST experience ever at this location. I only came here for a toasted sandwich. I came around 5:00pm. The shop is not busy at all. The older worker, that has chains around his neck, tried to take my order and didn’t understand what I was saying to him. He thought I was here to redeem my order, but I was telling him the EXACT order that I wanted. I was not here to redeem my order. But yet he seems so imitating and rude and was trying to argue with me about the order that I wanted even though I was trying to be clear and make him understand what I was trying to tell him. At the end I vent to the manager, he seems to be careless and didn’t know what to say. I’m only writing this because the sense of having the careless attitude, wanting to argue with the customer. The manager name Vince has NO sense of leadership and was enabling this whole situation. This WILL GET WROSE If this company doesn’t remedy the whole situation. And especially when they DO TREAT CUSTOMERS SO POORLY.

Environment is always very clean I work nearby so I’m in there often all the staff are really dope, but Angelo and T go above and beyond for customer service and product quality. It get super busy during lunch with east being so close and I still always get the best service and food. Thank you for all that you guys do!

This location is disgusting! There was no employee there at all. Does anyone even work here? The counter in the sandwich area was completely unguarded. A shady gang member homeless person was just sitting there and started to yell at me causing a scene. I was gonna hit the bathroom and get a sandwich but it was simply unsafe. Whoever is in charge needs to handle this.

Bourbon sauce was good , but If you work close and order through the website, they will prompt it to be an Uber eats then you’re tagging back-and-forth Uber eats and Jimmy John’s on how to get your money back because they chose not to deliver even though it was right next-door. I understand the rating. Debating if I wanna go back or not Subway’s across the way I haven’t had an issue there.
