Very confused. Don’t order DoorDash from this location as the delivery will never show up to your door…and takes over an hour to assign a driver to the order. Very bizarre as this happened literally the last 3 times I tried to order delivery from this place, not sure where the disconnect is between the store and the delivery app.

Overall really disappointing experience. Extremely slow, poor customer service, and quality of the sandwich was just bad.

Never any parking at this one. So pick up isn’t usually freaky fast since you have to spin the block for a parking spot. Also not sure why they gave me a frozen cookie last time. Biting into that wasn’t fun. I thought it was just cold. Leave a note next time. And if Jimmy is reading this, please make an option in the app to have avocado spread on the bread and not on the meat. I always thought that was weird. K thanks. ✌?

They messed up my order pretty bad and hollowed out the bread for some weird reason so I feel like it wasn’t worth the price at all. Very stingy with the free toppings too. Won’t be back to this location

It was an extremely busy day today when I went in, several staff members looked slow or clueless except for one, Mackenzie (I asked for her name afterwards) she was a complete rockstar, if she isn't a manager or supervisor yet she should be.

They were super busy when I was in today. They did their best and got my sandwich to me. I appreciate them for working so hard. Be nice to food service workers they are doing their best and it shows. Shout out to the new manager, she was crushing it.

I’m actually appalled. I am a resident worker on this street and ordered here multiple times a week. When I received my sandwich it was ROCK HARD, all of the bread taken out and not cut in half as requested. When I called to request a refund because I am on a 30 minute lunch I was met with the rudest “manager” I have ever spoke with. He told me they would not be issuing a refund for bread being removed when specifically requested to keep the bread in. It’s an option on the app! He also told me I’m being too emotional that I need to get over this situation because he would not help me. I’m shocked they would treat anyone this way let alone a paying customer who did not get what they received. When I asked to speak to their supervisor/owner, they declined. This sandwich was made extremely sloppy and the manager combatted everything I said because he made the sandwich himself. It’s paper thin and stale and looks as if a bite as taken out of it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. No wonder they have 2.9 stars. Go to snarfs and salt and grinder where they make real sandwiches.

I usually love this place but today my meal came out burnt :( really disappointing because I saved up to take my son. BUT normally the place is amazing and next time I go back I will update my review!!! Still love you guys though!

Got this order through doordash, food was fine but the person delivering gave me a weird experience. He called, I came to the building door immediately as he was calling all within 1 minute. I reach for my food, say "order for Kyle?" and bro pulls away, asks me for my name again, hesitates and then my unit number. I confirmed both and bro was still hesitant to give my food, like he was about to ask me for my social security number too ?.Then he went on a whole rant on how I needed to add myself to the call box of my building, which I am, but he was outside my building for less than 1 minute I came immediately as he called.Very strange man, very strange. I haven't had the best experience with doordash from this jimmy John's even though I leave a tip, this one takes the cake though.
