Swung into JJ’s Thursday evening to grab a Club lulu. The young man behind the counter greeted us enthusiastically, “Welcome to Jimmy John’s! I’ll be will you in a moment.” He finished making the sandwich he was working on and the. Took the next customers order, made those two sandwiches and then served us. He took the order, made the sandwich with speed and precision…even remembering the mayo packet request! The store was clean and thanks to Tyler’s upbeat attitude the atmosphere was most pleasant. He made the JJ’s experience so good that I invited him to contact us should he ever find himself in the state we live. Good kid with a great attitude! Thanks Tyler.

I had an excellent experience at Jimmy John’s last night, thanks to an outstanding employee named Michael. He displayed a fantastic attitude and was clearly a hardworking individual. Even though he was working alone, he maintained a friendly conversation and had a great demeanor the entire time.
Employees like Michael are what keep customers like me coming back. Sometimes, it’s the positive energy and good vibes from people that make the food taste even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this location, not just for the food, but for the pleasant interactions with staff like Michael. Thank you for a great experience!

There was only one person working tonight. Review is not a reflection on him, he was doing his best, but a major staffing failure on the part of management. I walked into the store 20-25 minutes after placing my order on the app and sat in the store for another 20 minutes while he fulfilled orders of folks who ordered in-store. We'll order from Qdoba next door next time.
