The sign on the door as of 1/16/23 says "closed until further notice". Too bad given its proximity to my hotel I was looking forward to a JJ sandwich; I guess I'm going to Subway.

Place is rarely open which is almost better because when it is, over half of the menu is unavailable anyway. I can't even understand why this location is still operating.

I will admit they were slammed. They locked the doors to finish orders. However the does not mean they cannot follow simple orders on a ticket. The place was messy and one one person making sandwiches. Mine and my wife's were equally horrible. Really how do mess up an unwhich!? Not even wrapped, just a chunk of lettuce. Look at the pictures and you will see what Imean!!!

Store is so ghetto. It's never open when it's supposed to be, their registers are always broken and can't sell subs, employees at this location are soooooo lazy and slow. Worst JJ location ever, it's a dump they should just burn it down for the insurance money.

I dnt care short staffed you are! getting nasty looks and sighs from the male emoloyee when I walked in to EAT is never okay. Sorry, you are there to serve the patrons, sorry I wanted to buy a sandwich, sorry you hate your job. Just shut this place down instead of staffing it with entitled minded workers who treat others with discontent.Never again.

Bad service and the guy was mad I paid in cash. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what? Definitely never coming back to this location. Sandwich was not great either. Hopefully he didn’t spit in my sandwich.

Second Jimmy John’s I have been to today, first one didn’t have bread and now this one is not accepting any walk-in customers due to a catering order. This happens all the time, so tired of Jimmy John’s being so unreliable need to start eating elsewhere

Unprofessional! I’ve been calling for months to get my w-2s sent to me and have been hung up on and rudely texted. The owners number should be given when asked about. If you refuse to send my w-2s after working here I will call the irs or labor board

I went to this Jimmy Johns a couple of weeks ago with my wife after getting a new phone at the ATT store next door. The service was fast and friendly. The manager went out of his way to treat us well and I appreciated it. I am a manager for a set of stores in another business and employee appreciation day was coming up. So I ordered 36 subs from this store and they did a bang up job on the order. I got a lot of compliments from my employees. This was a great experience.

I don’t ever write reviews…but this location is absolutely awful. Three of my last sandwiches they forgot cucumbers, cheese or gave me stale bread and one strip of bacon. What ever happened to taking a menu test before hopping on the line?Catch me at cheeba hut next time.
