They have the music so loud you have to yell so they can hear what you are trying to order

Brian is awesome! I went in, and didn't check my account, and I was short like $4. Brian helped me out and fronted the money and paid for the rest. That's a good guy and a good employee. Never had that happen for me before.

Placed a mobile order for delivery… took 1.5 hours to get our food and all our orders came wrong. The extra cost items were left off too.

Hands down best Jimmy John's in Denver. Sandwiches are made quickly, but more importantly, accurately. Mgmt and staff are all friendly, courteous and kind. Wish they were all like this one. Denver Sandwich Council of America, take note! Comeon In All!!

I ordered a #11 Country Club… No Cheese & Cut in Half.
I got a #11 double cheese and not cut in half.
Even the receipt shows what I ordered.
Only compliment I’ll give is they made it quick, but if it’s not correct then quickness goes out the window.

Went in yesterday on my lunch break, was in a little bit of a bind when I got to the cashier to order. I was having trouble logging into my account to redeem my reward. Karen, Cassidy and another gentleman (cannot remember their name, my apologies) helped me by making sure I got my discount. They were all very friendly and had an upbeat and positive demeanor. My sandwich was perfect, and I left with a smile:-) Thanks you all, keep it up!

Delivery driver wouldn’t/couldn’t walk 10 steps to an open and unlocked front door to our office (customer entrance) and decided to get heated over text when I told him the door was open/unlocked and there was a receptionist sitting right there at the desk. Restaurant refunded for not delivering, but that’s about it. Their corporate contact info says it is a franchise store so it isn’t their problem, the franchise owner will need to address it. Pretty wild to get sworn at by a delivery driver via text because he didn’t deliver ??♂️

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered sandwiches just came home with a baby haven’t slept or had time to cook. Was changing baby and couldn’t get to the door for 2.5 minutes it was here 15 min before they quoted literally I have the proof and she took the order away and would not bring it back. She was so rude to me and my wife is in tears. Like this is one of the worst forms of customer service I have ever received.
