The absolute slowest sandwich shop I've ever been to. It takes about 30 minutes to get a sandwich around lunchtime. Just go anywhere else

I dont understand the low ratings, went after my workout and saw that JJs has toasted sandwiches now. The guy at the counter was awesome, nice and engaging and really sold the Roast Beef & Chedder and it did NOT disappoint.

Well made and delicious. The place was clean, the food was good, and the service was top notch. 5 stars all day

Service was excellent went and had lunch today and the employees where friendly and had it together would 100 percent recommended coming to this loctation for great service

I always have a fantastic experience at this Jimmy John's. The food is fresh, fast, and reliable. The team is welcoming and usually remembers my go-to order. I also want to give a shoutout to the manager, Allie, who is friendly, efficient, and clearly runs a tight and efficient ship.

I 2as picking up a bigger order. I was told it's just 5 more minutes wait... they got very busy and, I've noticed that they start working on walk ins putting my order on hold that was ordered Yesterday...resulting in waiting nearly half an hour...
The manager had an attitude that I had to tell her to relax nicely so, the situation won't escalate...seriously wt... the customer has to make sure no issues happens...!!!!!!!!
1st time and last time ever picking up for them...

They have the music so loud you have to yell so they can hear what you are trying to order

Brian is awesome! I went in, and didn't check my account, and I was short like $4. Brian helped me out and fronted the money and paid for the rest. That's a good guy and a good employee. Never had that happen for me before.

Placed a mobile order for delivery… took 1.5 hours to get our food and all our orders came wrong. The extra cost items were left off too.

Hands down best Jimmy John's in Denver. Sandwiches are made quickly, but more importantly, accurately. Mgmt and staff are all friendly, courteous and kind. Wish they were all like this one. Denver Sandwich Council of America, take note! Comeon In All!!
