Love this place so much!! The food is always delicious and I love the variety of paleo options (the paleo tortilla is amazing!!). However, I wish that when I ordered to go, my hot food wasn’t served in a plastic container. You would think for a place that is health conscious, they would care about what their food is served in. The staff isn’t always the most friendly either. Outside of those two things, love JBK!

Awesome spot with great food and a cozy vibe. The staff is super friendly and knows their stuff, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re into clean eating without sacrificing taste, this place is a win.

ok food, super expensive, like twice as expensive as it should be. our order for 4 people - 2 of the items came out cold. avocado toast is tiny. place feels like a venture capital firm is running the business lean to squeeze as much profit as possible

One of the best breakfast places I’ve had in awhile!! First off, the people working were so kind. Next-THE FOOD!!! This is the perfect place if you have food allergies, but still want to be able to enjoy dining in. Everything was customizable on the menu. The dishes themselves were so so fresh. The drinks were amazing. Will return!!

I was SO excited to try this place (it was top of my list for this trip coming from TX) as someone who has been gluten free their entire life. And then, we got here. A good portion of the menu was out of stock — specifically the smoothie I wanted and the French toast that I had been looking forward to. Since we were already there, we ordered the sampler appetizer. The tortilla was the highlight. The dumplings in the chicken and dumplings seemed like a forgotten bouillon cube and felt like eating sand. The green chili was extremely limey and extremely salty and just unpleasant. We’ve tried a number of restaurants featured on Triple D & this has been the most disappointing one so far.

Quaint cool and cozy DTD location for the BEST vegan and non vegan dishes. The entire staff has always been great. Been going here for a couple of years. Thank you Pascale for the reminder to share my review! It’s my pleasure!

Everything I ever wanted in a cafe for my paleo eating habits. The lady at the counter brought out an ingredients list to answer all my questions and the food was delicious. Adorable atmosphere too!

Beautiful environment but there's not a lot of flavor happening for an anti-inflammatory joint. There are a lot of nightshades. Smoothies were 👍 good.

Only a few options, most of which are vegan-by-subtraction. Also very allergy-focused (e.g. chicken with vegan ranch) rather than offering real vegan options.
This place is geared mostly towards the gluten free crowd with no stand-alone vegan main dishes, only vegan options that don’t include any kind of sauce or a complete notional profile.
Delighted to find you! This was the first establishment we've experienced that can boast both GF and seed-oil free in Denver and we LOVE it! Pascala is great, BTW... Thank you for your warm welcome to Denver.
