I love Kachina but this visit missed the mark. We had reservations at 5pm on Saturday, understanding that Denver would be a bit wild with the Bananas game in town. The restaurant was chaos when we arrived- not because they were too busy (the restaurant + bar were half full, maybe) but they were not prepared for service. It took 10 minutes to get the table ready. Service was painfully slow as well. Our server was pleasant, but the other staff was not- It must have been a manager that dropped our drinks off- in half full plastic cups (felt like a total rip off) because they were out of glasses. The manager didn't even so much as smile or anything- just a drop and go. The food is really good- the fry bread is great for the tacos, and all the food was really good. My review is truly based on service. Nobody wants to show up for a reservation and have the restaurant treat you like an inconvenience. This will be (sadly) be my last visit... service matters, and I wish they cared- it could have been a great experience if the staff cared at all.

My fiancé and I popped into Kachina by chance. We were in the mood to celebrate and we’re so glad we ended up here. It turned out to be such a great experience! The hostess, Ridley, greeted us and celebrated with us. Our server, Ian, took excellent care of us and was a pleasure to chat with. It’s one of those unexpected gems, we’ll definitely be back!

I was only in Denver for the weekend, but I ate here twice because it was just that good. My server, Tess, was a delight, and I enjoyed the upbeat Latino music as well. Highly recommend the carne asada and carnitas tacos on fry bread! You will not be disappointed

Some friends suggested that we dine at kachina cantina. Absolutely zero regrets. From the moment we walked into the moment we left it was incredible service and so welcoming. Jennifer, our server, is truly the kindest most attentive person. It was such a wonderful experience with her and she made all the best food recommendations.
Great food. Highly recommend. Jennifer and Tess were amazing. Deserve pay raises. Great job. Had the quesadillabiratto and queso. Ask for the verde salsa and heaven!!!
