Great coffee. No pastry selections left but that was ok. You come here for delicious coffee and the college vibe. Liked this place almost 20 years ago; still a wonderful place to hang and enjoy fresh roasted coffees.

Hit or miss with Chais specifically I don’t know what it is but only one of the staff there can make a good chai, and the rest make it super milky or too much foam or not enough foam so just don’t expect a chai to be good each time. But, they are consistent with their mocha and the mocha is good 👍

Kaladi is the best coffee shop around without a doubt. The espresso and coffee are fantastic, and there are a plethora of drink, food, and syrup options to choose from that accommodate allergies. The atmosphere is inviting, positive, and motivating - I enjoy the seasonal decorations and the local artwork on the walls. I've been to hundreds of coffee shops but I've never met a staff as kind, cheerful, fun, welcoming, patient, helpful, hardworking and all around fantastic as the team at Kaladi. Erin and Adam in particular are incredible individuals who go above and beyond each and every day to provide excellent service, cultivate relationships with customers and make Kaladi a special place to be.
Anyone leaving a bad review is probably an entitled, impatient, sensitive, weak, fool who has never worked a day in service in their life, and believes hiding and complaining behind a screen will be more effective than speaking to a team member about their concerns. Kaladi is a staple of the DU and South Denver community, and I recommend supporting this local business 100%.

I had an amazing experience. I tried their Home Latte (Kaladi Lattee), and it was perfect—just the right amount of sweetness, allowing the coffee flavor to shine rather than being overpowered by sugar. Exactly how I like it!

The staff was very welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves a well-balanced and flavorful coffee! I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I come to Denver and place online order for their coffee to my home.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time, intending to order a coffee. Before I could, a woman approached the counter to request a replacement for her drink, mentioning it had a strange taste. What happened next was shocking—the barista immediately lashed out at her, raising his voice and saying, *"Every time you come in, you change your drink! You want it this way and that!"* He was visibly frustrated and openly berated her in front of everyone.

What shocked me even more was when he told her to find another coffee shop! The woman left in tears, and the entire situation was deeply uncomfortable to witness.

While I can't speak to the quality of the coffee or food, I can certainly comment on the service—and this was an unacceptable way to treat any customer, whether they’re a regular or a first-time visitor.

Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.

Starbucks dared to open a shop across the street from this little DU Campus gem. That Starbucks no longer exists so that should tell you something.

When I worked for Starbucks a looong time ago I asked the customers if there were any other coffee shops that were worth looking into. I heard from many that Kaladi was a must stop, and so one day while my sweetheart was getting her hair done down the street, I made an effort to stop in.

Overwhelmed with the menu board, the polite Sir (possibly the manager?) asked what I would like. After explaining that it was my first time in because I live far from the area but that I heard good things, I asked what he recommended based on my preferences. He recommended the house Kaladi Latte, which deliciously comes with 2 shots in my preferred size (always a small/ 12 oz). Not only was the espresso some of the best I’ve had, the first drink was on them and he thanked me for coming in. I tipped handsomely and have been back several times since. Just go if you’re in the area and support the local college scene.

The hot cocoa is perfect. The scones are delicious. The service is usually really friendly. Grateful this spot is nearby. Fairly fast service even on busy days. It is also accessible and I can bring my baby’s stroller in - very nice to be able to rest and recharge while my baby naps.
Overall highly recommend!
