Bruh, they have cool tea pots.

This is a funky spot with great tasting Asian food and friendly service. Happy hour from 2-5 is a must. Although they have great Asian food, their Korean food is a show stopper. Great selection of reasonably priced Asian beers. Try the Buddha beer.

I was excited to order from here but didn’t have a good experience. Ordered takeout and the food was not fresh or what I expected. I immediately felt sick after.

★★★★★ Karma: A Culinary Delight!

From the moment we walked into Karma, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable, our server attentive and friendly without being intrusive. But the real star of the show? The Spicy Sesame Chicken. Oh my goodness! This dish was phenomenal. Perfectly crispy chicken, coated in a sauce that was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. It had a delicious depth of flavor that kept us wanting more. We ordered it as an appetizer and almost regretted not making it our main course! Everything else we ordered was also delicious, showcasing fresh ingredients and skillful preparation. Karma offers a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend, especially if you're a fan of spicy sesame chicken!

This place is fantastic!! Our server, Alex, was attentive and very wonderful overall. The food was out of this world good - we weren’t able to get a good photo because we couldn’t resist digging in. 😆 Don’t miss out on the happy hour here! We will be back, thank you so much Alex!

Love this place! Karma is a neighborhood staple for our family. Their happy hour deals are incredible and everything we’ve tried has been delicious! We’re partial to the tofu pad thai and sesame chicken for entrees (both on the happy hour menu), and their spicy edamame is a must try!! It’s the best on Broadway… maybe even all of Denver :)

Worst pad Thai I’ve had in years. No flavor, mushy noodles and they did even have options for spicy levels.

Karma Asian: A Spicy Hidden Gem on South Broadway

If you’re looking for one of the best hole-in-the-wall spots on South Broadway, Karma Asian is the place to be. I came here with a group of friends, and we all took the same bold plunge—we ordered the Jaam Bong. Now, let me set the stage: this was a table of very, very white men venturing into one of the spiciest dishes on the menu. Brave? Maybe. Worth it? Absolutely.

Let me tell you about this bowl of fiery perfection. The Jaam Bong is a Korean-style spicy noodle soup loaded with tiger shrimp, scallop, calamari, and napa cabbage, all swimming in a rich, spicy garlic red chili broth. The combination of fresh seafood and that bold, flavorful soup is nothing short of amazing. Each bite has the perfect balance of heat and savory goodness that keeps you diving back in for more, even as you’re sweating bullets at the table.

This dish is not for the faint of heart, but if you can handle the spice—or even if you’re willing to try—it’s an unforgettable experience. I find myself craving it now, long after the meal is over. Karma Asian is the kind of place that proves you don’t need a fancy setup to deliver bold, crave-worthy flavors.

Whether you’re a spice enthusiast or just looking for a unique spot to share with friends, Karma Asian should absolutely be on your list. And if you dare to try the Jaam Bong, just make sure to bring a napkin for your sweat—it’s worth every fiery bite.

Oh, and one last thing: believe me, it’s spicy coming out both ends, so be prepared.

Best meal I’ve had all year. Jaam Bong was perfectly spicy, and a very generous serving with plenty of all the seafood in it, enough to have calamari in every bite. Quality was outstanding, and the service was really great too. Tofu in both the entrees and as an appetizer was perfectly cooked. Spicy edamame was also great. Two of us had curries which were really well done and the presentation on them was really cool. Kimchi was not toned down and had the perfect spice and bite.

Vegetarian options: Every dish can be done with the silken tofu and is really great. 3/4 of us did vegetarian very easily.

Parking: It’s on Broadway so pretty walkable if you park on one of the cross streets.

A hidden gem. Flavors were so good. You absolutely must order the spicy edamame. It is so addictive and delicious. They do need descriptions for their cocktails. They have odd names with no indication what they are and our server had no idea what was in them.

Everything was a little sweet and not as flavorful as I was looking for. The dan dan noodles are "Taiwan style" so they are less peanut buttery, and more saucey. Maybe just not what I am looking for •`_´•

I do not understand how this place is so highly rated. I hate giving bad reviews, but this was the worst meal I’ve had in Denver in a while.

Atmosphere: I liked the dark lighting but it was a little too bare bones and sad in terms of décor.

Service: Very kind waiter, but seemed like they were doing it all by themselves.

Food: Oh boy. The spicy edamame was A++++, and I liked the yuzu honey tea. Great yuzu flavor. After that, everything was rough.

We got the avocado rolls (deeply bland but not appalling), Mapo Tofu (looked great but was way too sweet and the flavors were off in the sauce; beautiful silken tofu tho), and the Dandan Noodles with tofu (tofu was the best part; the sauce was too sweet and odd; no resemblance to Dandan noodles whatsoever). We didn’t keep our leftovers and I don’t think I’ve ever done that before because I hateeee wasting food.

They got me though, because their pink neon sign outside was so cute it caught my eye. 🥲

Vegetarian options: While there are veggie options (partially why I came here), they weren’t very tasty. Get the spicy edamame and some tea.

Parking: It’s on Broadway so we parked a few blocks off the strip.
