The food truck visited my apartment complex for the day. We were all pretty excited to try it out but after an hour+ wait, they still weren't ready to serve food. A number of people left hungry, so who knows how long they'll take to set up. Unfortunate waste of time.

I had been wanting to try Machete Gourmet for a while now and finally was in the area to check them out. Definitely worth the wait!! The machetes are amazing 👏 It was so good I had to go back and order another one for later of course one is enough to get you full. 😅

Super lame hours. Was trying to go for dinner for months, finally came early and today close at 4pm instead of 5pm? Ridiculous. You guys need to get better hours. You're missing out on tons of customers.

Been trying to go for over a year, why do you close at 5pm? Multiple people trying to get some good food from Colorado Springs and you close before dinner? I'm not upset just sad and hungry lol.
Top notch food truck with friendly folks and fresh ingredients. I really liked the Pechuga Adobada, but the Tinga de Pollo was AMAZING. So glad we drove down to their truck for some of the best quality tacos in town.
