Service was great! Great people!! The truck is clean, well taken care of and very professional. The food was awesome! They also have a bring your own bag of chips and they'll dress it for you. Check them out on TikTok, that's how I found em. Highly recommend! BTW the Machete taco was phenomenal! They'll do 2 different meats if you like.

The food truck visited my apartment complex for the day. We were all pretty excited to try it out but after an hour+ wait, they still weren't ready to serve food. A number of people left hungry, so who knows how long they'll take to set up. Unfortunate waste of time.
I had been wanting to try Machete Gourmet for a while now and finally was in the area to check them out. Definitely worth the wait!! The machetes are amazing 👏 It was so good I had to go back and order another one for later of course one is enough to get you full. 😅

Super lame hours. Was trying to go for dinner for months, finally came early and today close at 4pm instead of 5pm? Ridiculous. You guys need to get better hours. You're missing out on tons of customers.
