I ordered here by accident and nobody did anything but rip me off $40 for canceling cause they were gonna delivery to an address that I did not know.

We just spent 20 minutes at this KFC (10 in the drive through 10 inside) and NEVER got to order. It wasn’t busy, I have no idea what was taking so long! The staff never greeted us or apologized for the wait. If you value your time DO NOT go here. You will be waiting in line (drive through and inside) FOREVER!!!

I was really hungry and rarely eat at KFC due to previous experiences. Food is always good! I decided to check this Denver location out and the staff were very nice and helpful! I’ll definitely return to this location.

I ordered here through postmates. I ordered a pot pie, instead of informing me they don't have pot pies they simply just gave me something else, a dish I can not eat. This is not at all how hospitality or restaurants work. You have to communicate to your guests if you don't have items you ordered, even if it is through postmates. It's infuriating because yes I get a refund for the pot pie, but I paid more in a tip than the refund. I should have simply been informed they didn't have what I wanted before confirming my order. This is entirely shady on their part..

Was just there. Bought Taco Bell and KFC. The person running the window was too busy in a conversation with who i think is a manager and forgot our drinks. We sat for a moment and got 1 drink, then he came back to the window wondering why were still sitting there. We got our second drink. Asked for sauce for taco's, we didn't get that nor any napkins or utensils.
If I were working there, I'd fire the whole bunch for smoking weed at the work place. Yes, I've seen it. The manager too
