I just got done, yes a black person I wanted panda express but I smelled chicken so I had to get me some KFC went to this location and the managers was really nice but Kimberly was a really beautiful women that served me as well!

This is the best KFC I've ordered pick-up from. The food is always quick, hot and fresh. There are never items missing from my bag. The manager (Jordan) and his staff are always kind, and give exceptional customer service.
I used their restroom to wash my hands and noticed a doorknob on the sink. When I turn around, I see the doorknob belongs to the bathroom door. I called someone to open the door as I couldn't, and they couldn't either. I had to attempt to put the doorknob back on to get it to turn and open. The doorknob being on the sink tells me it was a known issue and they should have closed the bathroom.

I had to wait for my biscuit for about 10 mins, and than I bit into it, it was doughy I really didn't have the time to wait it could of been better, and the wait time was a little bit too much

I went to KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken ordered 2 3 original wing meals and BBQ sandwich and the service was terrible the BBQ sandwich had no BBQ and the 3 wing meals was 2 thighs and drumsticks no wings at all .. the only thing I wanted just BAD business if you was out of wings just say it as I don't even eat dark meat thanks alot kfc..

The staff are always rude and on top of that they get the order wrong every time. You can’t be rude and stupid you have to pick a struggle. They treat you like it’s their fault their lives are sorry and they work at KFC. Do better.
