Very poor appearance and quality of food I ordered recently for my family. I know now why I don’t come here anymore but daughter wanted a chicken bowl.
I will not go to this location or any other KFC because the standards are very low.

The website and app say they close at 12, but when you go in person, they refuse to serve you even before 11. Terrible service, and on top of that, they don’t help you get a refund either

I usually order taco bell for my wife here she say it passable for Mexican my complaint is I order a large Mac & cheese which is very good till I got home it was half full for 7.29 I expected a full bowl

Manager stopped me from getting water in a sonic cup claiming it's against company code. I worked for Taco Bell for 5 years and they never had any regulations like that, maybe it's the dude having a power trip or maybe it's a KFC regulation, but still, very aggressive in the way he approached me and totally unprofessional, go to any other locations.
