Got lunch here and chicken was surprisingly good - juicy and crispy, just right. Also the worker (Dan) was super chill, friendly, and helpful.

Astonishingly poor experience. We came in at lunch time. Nobody was around to greet us. We waited for 2 min. Nobody still. So then I started calling back to the people I could see walking around. After getting louder and louder someone very passé came to help us. We ordered two 4-tender meals, and it ended up being $34.25. Then, it took almost 10 minutes for our food to come out. The tenders were tiny, and no butter or honey/jam came with the biscuits. So we paid regular restaurant restaurant prices after practically begging to give them our money, then waited regular restaurant wait times, for subpar food that was abnormally small portion sizes. We left very disappointed. This restaurant is on its way out if this is they pricing, food quality, and service they expect to be able to provide.

Food was trash and overpriced. Rubber chicken and stale biscuits.
Go to Cane's or Popeyes.

Rubbery tasteless chicken, almost nauseating. I had to spit out the rubbery meat to not get sick. I had the potatoes without gravy trying to be healthy; NEVER AGAIN...the potatoes were like the fake ones from a box (an not really potatoes). The biscuits had such a dense, grease aftertaste, I ended of spitting that out too...and all of this after $20 on a meal for 1 person! This restaurant could not be any more disgusting or dispappointing if they tried. I also felt bad for several hours afterward. Not like food poisoning bad, but having to shake off the stale, scared bird taste in my mouth and an unsettled stomach. BEWARE of this restaurant - it is at 4880 N Tower Ct, Denver, CO 80249

Every time I come and get an order and ask for dark meat. They never have it. They say that they cannot give me dark meat because they never have enough chicken so I took my Service to Popeyes, which they gave me a better service there. The management. There is horrible and the service there is horrible. The staff laughs in your face when they don’t have an order.

The chicken was VERY SMALL. The mac n cheese was grossly overcooked and Swi.ming in gooey cheese sauce. Mashed potatoes were too watery. Biscuits were cold and tough - also Smashed! The cole slaw was tolerable. We won't be back. $49 for 8 piece BUCKET!!!

One of the best KFC’s that they have in Colorado, the customer service experience was amazing. The staff was very nice and was willing to go well above and beyond, the General Manager was great. I like the way he treated his customers and his staff!!!! I know corporate will be reading this. Please make sure you give that store all the bonuses and show them so much gratitude for having the type of customer service and skills that they have. Thank you, KFC.
