The general manager at this location was rude and very unprofessional. Refused to serve me two 4pc wing meal combo. His bone head reason is that don’t many come in the bag. I offered to wait and he told me to give him 50 mins to a hour and he can make me a fresh 4pc.

Really bad service from drive thru , and manager breeze by didn't solve issue and gave a refund, that i have to wait days for. Poorly trained manager, poor service. I recommend you take your business elsewhere where a customer is appreciated, there's lots of restaurants who are well mannered, and customer service oriented. Would NEVER visit again. PEOPLE IN CHARGE TAKE NOTE YOUR STAFF IS LOW TIER.

I never do this but I am TODAY I have time … Went to KFC ON TOWER yesterday should have know right from jump when they didn’t come an help me right away but looked at me and stood back there talking about who knows what I guess it was more important than serving a customer … would not let me have my sauce on the side they OVER SAUCE makes chicken soggy .. then I ordered a 20pcs hot wings and 2 tenders … got home it looked an tasted like LAST NIGHTS chicken dry over cooked almost burnt potato wedges dry over cooked coleslaw runny runny runny more like soup.. I spent 50 I couldn’t barely sleep last night tripping in my head like no the is 2026 I’m NOT gonna accept mediocre service any longer ..!!!! Thanks rant over

KFC used to be the best chicken spot when I was a kid, this place fell off HARD.. I still go for the $10 8 pc tenders on Tuesday (only thing left that’s decent) ,but other than that I refuse to buy anything else because it’s so overpriced. Who the hell wants to pay $64 before tax for a 16 piece of mediocre undersized chicken & sides? Just flat out ridiculous and a slap in a face to the community. No wonder you can’t even tell if the place is even open sometimes… parking lot & drive through are dead 95% of the time. Take your business elsewhere if you are looking for something you’ll actually enjoy.

Went today for the $7 fill up. I ended up with the rudest order taker ever. Asked and told, “I don’t have those anymore.” Really? Cause the ad in your window says you do. “They need to remove that.” I would have ordered something else but she was so rude I just opted to head over to Church’s Texas Chicken. I don’t recommend this place until they can deal with the poor customer service.
