Worst KFC in among all KFC branches.
I had one of the worst experiences at KFC. The food quality was extremely poor – the chicken was oily, soggy and worst taste. The service was equally disappointing staff seemed careless and not at all interested in helping customers. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place was below standard, making the overall experience very unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money or time.
KFC has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When you call or ask for help, the first representative will say “ok” and make it sound like everything is taken care of. But the next one you talk to will completely contradict it and say “no” as if nothing was promised. This back-and-forth is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating for customers who just want clear and consistent answers. Instead of resolving issues, they waste your time, give false hope, and leave you feeling cheated. If the staff can’t stay on the same page, how can customers trust the brand?

Went today for the $7 fill up. I ended up with the rudest order taker ever. Asked and told, “I don’t have those anymore.” Really? Cause the add in your window says you do. “They need to remove that.” I would have ordered something else but she was so rude I just opted to head over to Church’s Texas Chicken. I don’t recommend this place until they can deal with the poor customer service.

I had to edit my review based on comments I saw here, this is a really good KFC based on the quality of chicken flavor and experience I had with the staff, I also would like to add that this restaurant is doing the best it can based on every time I walk in they are short staff now I don't know if it's based on people not wanting to work, or the franchise not wanting to spend more money on hiring.

Got lunch here and chicken was surprisingly good - juicy and crispy, just right. Also the worker (Dan) was super chill, friendly, and helpful.
I waited for 20 minutes for 8 strips and still were not ready. I asked my $ back.
Always check your order before you leave. Absolutely all wrong.
WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. Nice and clean environment, great customer service, Dan the GM went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. It's rare and really appreciated these days!!! Thanks again DAN the man 😁
