Out here for a work trip. The reviews are way too accurate. The employees obviously don't wanna be there, can't do math, or know anything about basic customer service. After giving a hard time for a refund when they got my order wrong, they gave the order away to another customer that said he'd take it for free. Most ghetto kfc I've ever been to.

The food was horrible! The chicken, gravy and fries tasted as if it was there for an extended time. Nothing was fresh which was unreasonable for me to be directed to wait near the entrance. The GM and management needs to addressed their staff on how to properly serve safe and quality food. The food tags are there for a reason not decoration. I was disappointed and disgusted.

I went to this location on 3/23/25 and ordered a 12 piece meal for a family Sunday gathering $75.00 worth. I got home and unpacked the food and was so incredibly disappointed, the 12 piece chicken was mostly wings and small drums, there were only 3 big pieces at the bottom, the gravy was water, so watery and had no taste, the biscuits, they had to be old, they were hard and broke apart. I ended up having to go pick up pizzas. It’s a shame.. to spend all that money and not get decent quality. Unfortunately, no more KFC for me.

Went inside to order my food. 2 of the workers were standing my the front door smoking. Went to the cashier place my order. She was nice. I was able to see the employee sink to wash hands. The 2 workers that smoking came in and they didn’t wash there hands and one packed my food. Other lady seemed to be the manager or supervisor and she didn’t tell the other worker to wash her hands. I’ll take my business elsewhere where there cleaner.

I’ve had amazing NH tenders at other places but this location was terrible sitting in bed of oil and tenders not much NH seasoning. And $18 which was the highest I’ve paid. Horrible location. Uncaring cooks.

You can tell the chicken was cooked with old dirty frying oil. It had a nasty brown color to it. And the chicken was raw in the center. We got off to order and we were the only ones there ordering food. All you can hear is all the workers talking in the back of the kitchen. The workers probably thought the chicken was cooked all the way when they saw it turn brown but little did they know it was brown because they were using dirty old cooking oil. Maybe they should switch it out instead of just talking and get to work. Horrible
I didn't like the classic hamburger at all, it had no taste and it didn't have any sauces on it. 1 out of 10 for the food.

Placed an pick up order on uber eats, arrived on time and everything but drive thru was closed, went there and ask the guy for my order and he said that they were closed and he couldn’t do anything.
