We order a/w cheeseburger with fries and a soda at the store but 20 minutes before we order an online order of chicken and there are two other people in line got their food faster than we did but they order after us long after us. And the app said our food was ready but we did not get it till 10 minutes after but the people after us got their fast.

Me and five other cars have been sitting here for our food over 15 minutes. This place is a joke. It’s like a circus.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Manger who took my order and was a complete jerk. Ordered one burger that’s it not combo nothing. Got parked and waited 30 mins. I usually do not complain about anything. But this is ridiculous. Will be going to corporate about my experience.

Terrible place at the location on Andrews and Chambers!!!!!! I have a major injury. The last time I was here, the chicken more stale than 7 eleven. Today, I went through the drive thru and every 12-15 seconds I was bombarded about ordering. I explained that I just needed one minute and I was told to park in the back and come inside since I was taking so long and the drive thru can't be held up. Mind you, there were no cars behind me, I was there a whole whopping 45 seconds, and I just wanted to choose my meal. I figured out what I wanted but the rudeness and expectation for me to park in the back and come in when I told him to give me a minute because I'm injured made me just completely drive away. I can barely walk right now and he was so inconsiderate and rude. This KFC specifically can pound sand and I hope they lose enough business that they hire replacement employees, then I'll come back. I am heading to tower to get some chicken where the employees are not rude and have fresh chicken. If I could give this specific KFC negative stars I would. I normally don't put in reviews ever unless I get exceptional service but this was terrible
