Absolutely worst fast food joint in Colorado. Manager is rude and super racist towards my black husband. Contacting higher ups to get situation addressed properly seeing that many people have had the same issue. They do not know how to cook the food. Shut this branch down!!!

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at any fast-food place. I forgot to apply a coupon for a free sandwich meal (black Friday deal) on my mobile order, so I politely asked at the window if they could honor it. The woman at the window immediately shut me down and claimed there was “no way” to add it — no explanation, no attempt to help, nothing.
When I asked to speak to a manager, she literally slammed the window in my face. A few minutes later she came back, and when I asked again, she snapped that she was the manager… then shut the window on me a second time. Not a word, not an ounce of professionalism — just attitude and rudeness.
I even tried to order a drink afterward, a large root beer float, and she flat-out refused to open the window or take the order. She wouldn’t give me her name either, which tells you everything about how she treats customers.
KFC should be embarrassed to have someone like this running a window, let alone claiming to be the manager. Completely unacceptable behavior.
You can't Tell me that she doesn't know how to not charge for a meal, cuz it looks like she gets plenty of free ones there. We were going here at least once a week, but due to her behavior and lack of professionalism (as the acting manager nonetheless...), we will no longer be going back to any Kentucky fried Chicken, we will just go to Chick-fil-A instead. We have been going here for over 20 years. It's amazing how one bad apple can ruin an entire restaurant.

11/3/2025I will never go to this KFC!! There's two latinas woman working,they are to disrespectful. I walked in to use the restroom before ordering my food because I really need it to use the restroom from a long drive.. they refused to give me the restroom code and lie saying the restroom was locked i guss my service doesn't mean shit!!! This happen 9ish pm

I usually love this location but last time I came in on a Sunday afternoon and stood at the counter for about 15 mins and was never once greeted. Everyone only focused on the drive thru so I ended up getting in my car and going through the drive thru and got my food immediately... Kind of a dumb way to run a fast food restaurant if you ask me

I went in with a coupon and I got the three chicken strips with a biscuit and some french fries well the chicken strips are tiny little things and the biscuits hard as a rock I traded my fries for mashed potatoes although I didn't want the drink I wanted to trade it for mashed potatoes they wouldn't let me which were fine so I got the drink but these chicken tenders are weak they're small they're overcooked they're not juicy or anything they're dry and frankly I'm choking them down. I'm not sure about the biscuit I'll try to eat it because I'm hungry! But what a waste of money I should just made something at home hate it when I do that waste of seven bucks I'm just totally disappointed I live close to the place and I'm just never going to go there again you know it was convenient to go there but. The food is old biscuits been sitting out for a long time. Waste waste waste what a shame that these kids don't take pride in the food that they're serving or where they work and it shows..

Nothing in my order was correct. Got a ROCK SOLID biscuit which was the only thing I could eat from my meal since I ordered chicken TENDERS and recieved a breast and a leg. Which I dont eat meat on the bone. After waiting 2p minutes for my drive thru order im so disappointed. Spent 27 dollars and nothing was correct.
