I've been here multiple times and honestly, they make some tasty tacos. Denver doesn't have great tacos (I've tried a LOT of places) but this place does a good job. The food is always fresh, the employees seem happy, the restaurant is clean, and orders are ready very fast. Beef birria tacos, extra crispy, are my go-to choice!

Additionally, I ordered a refreshing cucumber water to accompany my meal, and it was nothing short of delightful. The subtle flavors of the cucumber, enhanced with a hint of mint, made it incredibly refreshing and perfectly complemented the savory tacos. Kike's Red Tacos had really good food (and is known for its birria tacos). I enjoyed the tacos, chips & queso, and a house margarita.
The main drawback of the experience is the hectic ordering process, which creates unnecessary stress for both people arriving and those already trying to enjoy their meal. You place your food order at a counter (typically with a long line), then go to a separate area to order drinks from the bar. Meanwhile, people are frantically circling the restaurant and hovering near occupied tables, ready to snag a spot the second one opens up.
If I was in the area, I'd go back for the food, but would try to target a less-popular time.
