Food was ok but nothing special, drinks tasted good. Views would have been nice but with th construction going on, all we could see was a crane. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
The food was good enough. For 4, we had the watermelon and heritage tomato salad, the peanuts, chicken avocado salad (chicken was too dry) totilla chips with salsa and guacamole, Tiger shrimp cocktail salad, We ordered a bottle of cabernet Far Niente Post&beam, which was excellent, and we ordered a 2nd bottle. The view was lovely and the staff was helpful and pleasant about putting up the umbrella to shield our table from the sun. Overall a pleasant place to get together for dinrks and snacks in the evening. The big minus is the music was too loud for anyone to have conversation without shouting.
Maybe the slowest service I have ever received in my life. Took over 30 minutes to get a beer and the place was not even busy. Cocktails were not great either.

Service is REALLY slow. And they don’t really pay attention. I also get that it’s a pool but really hate that everything is served in plastic. Feels super cheap and cups are old and don’t smell great in my opinion. The less than 4 overall rating this place has honestly makes sense. The view is great though, but yeah it feels like the represent as an elevated space but doesn’t feel the most elevated. The food was actually good though! I had the tuna and really enjoyed jt which is what led to me giving 4 stars

Came on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. The DJ wrapped up and left at 10, they were short staffed so hard to get drinks. Won't be returning

For a Saturday reservation all that does is get you through the door. No guarantee of a table but we got there early enough that it was no problem. The problem is the service. There basically is none. After finding seats at a table we waited for 15 minutes with no one coming by and then when I went up to the bar they said they would send someone by. Another ten minutes and I had to actually flag someone down. This was after the bartender even was going around and taking menus off tables back to the bar and avoided coming to ours. The menu online does not reflect what they actually have so we basically stayed for two very hard to get drinks while we made a dinner reservation somewhere else. They seemed to serve poolside and people who come up to the actual bar first and the small tables in between are an afterthought. Definitely a skippable experience.
Bougie and unfriendly! If you speak a different language or have an accent, do not go there, unless you like to be ignored.
Great location and atmosphere. However the bar manager is racist. As soon as we started speaking in a different language her treatment of us changed and stopped taking our orders. I don't understand why would you work at a hotel bar if you don't like people??!!

This place took our reservation. Canceled at the last minute with giving us 45 minutes to spare. Was for a birthday reservation leaving us with nowhere for dinner if I could give zero out of five stars, I would.

I’ve been coming to this hotel/rooftop for years. It used to be easy going and had great servers. Kisbee on the roof has completely taken over the pool area and requires reservations now. It’s unfortunate for hotel guests who want to utilize the pool as a part of their hotel experience and then can’t because they’re full with reservations with guest who aren’t even staying at the hotel.
We used to be able to sit wherever we want. They now have cabanas for “reservations only” so even if they have no reservations for that cabana they don’t let you sit there. Which is honestly just ridiculous if they aren’t booked just let hotel guest enjoy their time up there. We really miss the way they used to run the place and especially miss our favorite server Autumn!

The service was horrible ! The young waitress was very short and rude . She didn't smile , and seemed very bothered . The place was not busy at all , but we waited a long time to be asked for our drinks or anything we needed! Will never go again ! The place was very beautiful . Very disappointed in the waitstaff !!
The chicken fritters were great, including the greenery that came w/ it! The dressing was ?
The pool is small but we had plenty of room! The views of the mountains are pretty.

Racist bartender and employees..very unprofessional. I was amazed by them behavior. Cool place but not friendly at all. If you are from some other countries I guess you are not welcome there like me...
We went in person to make a reservation. The staff ignored us for a full 15 minutes while we were standing in-front of them. After we gave them our information they said 45 min to an hour. Hours later we still hadn't heard from them. Called them and they were unapologetic and just told us they were "full". They strung us along, they could have simply told us and we could have made other plans. There was no attempt to make it right. Just a sorry out of luck. Suspicious for 5 hours they couldn't fit in 2 people. Either the hosts don't know what they are doing or they know €x$a¢tl¥ what they are doing. Such a disappointment because we picked the hotel to try the roof top. Will not return here or recommend to anyone.

It's ridiculous that the pool area changes to 21+ at 6pm on Friday and Saturday. 8 or 9pm I would understand. The servers were extremely unattentive.
