Maybe the slowest service I have ever received in my life. Took over 30 minutes to get a beer and the place was not even busy. Cocktails were not great either.

Service is REALLY slow. And they don’t really pay attention. I also get that it’s a pool but really hate that everything is served in plastic. Feels super cheap and cups are old and don’t smell great in my opinion. The less than 4 overall rating this place has honestly makes sense. The view is great though, but yeah it feels like the represent as an elevated space but doesn’t feel the most elevated. The food was actually good though! I had the tuna and really enjoyed jt which is what led to me giving 4 stars

Came on a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. The DJ wrapped up and left at 10, they were short staffed so hard to get drinks. Won't be returning

Bougie and unfriendly! If you speak a different language or have an accent, do not go there, unless you like to be ignored.
Great location and atmosphere. However the bar manager is racist. As soon as we started speaking in a different language her treatment of us changed and stopped taking our orders. I don't understand why would you work at a hotel bar if you don't like people??!!

This place took our reservation. Canceled at the last minute with giving us 45 minutes to spare. Was for a birthday reservation leaving us with nowhere for dinner if I could give zero out of five stars, I would.

I’ve been coming to this hotel/rooftop for years. It used to be easy going and had great servers. Kisbee on the roof has completely taken over the pool area and requires reservations now. It’s unfortunate for hotel guests who want to utilize the pool as a part of their hotel experience and then can’t because they’re full with reservations with guest who aren’t even staying at the hotel.
We used to be able to sit wherever we want. They now have cabanas for “reservations only” so even if they have no reservations for that cabana they don’t let you sit there. Which is honestly just ridiculous if they aren’t booked just let hotel guest enjoy their time up there. We really miss the way they used to run the place and especially miss our favorite server Autumn!

The service was horrible ! The young waitress was very short and rude . She didn't smile , and seemed very bothered . The place was not busy at all , but we waited a long time to be asked for our drinks or anything we needed! Will never go again ! The place was very beautiful . Very disappointed in the waitstaff !!
The chicken fritters were great, including the greenery that came w/ it! The dressing was ?
The pool is small but we had plenty of room! The views of the mountains are pretty.

Racist bartender and employees..very unprofessional. I was amazed by them behavior. Cool place but not friendly at all. If you are from some other countries I guess you are not welcome there like me...

We went in person to make a reservation. The staff ignored us for a full 15 minutes while we were standing in-front of them. After we gave them our information they said 45 min to an hour. Hours later we still hadn't heard from them. Called them and they were unapologetic and just told us they were "full". They strung us along, they could have simply told us and we could have made other plans. There was no attempt to make it right. Just a sorry out of luck. Suspicious for 5 hours they couldn't fit in 2 people. Either the hosts don't know what they are doing or they know €x$a¢tl¥ what they are doing. Such a disappointment because we picked the hotel to try the roof top. Will not return here or recommend to anyone.

Service is not great. Every encounter with staff was cold and unwelcoming. We were questioned if we booked the cabana or if we just walked in and sat there. For planning on spending over the $300 limit this wasn't a great feeling. Food is delicious, drinks are good. Need new service staff.
Kisbee is a fun vibe on a summer night. We've eaten there many times but seating is always a bit of an adventure. The Open Table app has various option two of which are “outdoor,” which is where kisbee is located on a rooftop and another is poolside, which is a separate area from the seating area closest to the bar. We chose outdoor and did want pool Lou ge sofas but when we arrived the system listed us for the pool and it took a long discussion to get seated in the main area (we were told the the restaurants system internally does not delineate between these two areas). Service is always slow and the menu is very limited but the vibe is fun on a summer night
We reserved a table for 10 for dinner. When we arrived, we were shown to an area with a couch and coffee type table (I have photos). There were not seats for a party of 10. It was a lounge area by the pool with loud music playing. Our family was in Denver to celebrate our son's college graduation. Our group included grandparents. The lounge area we were shown to as our dinner reservation did not include seats at a table to eat.
The staff was not the friendliest but were very accommodating to my friends and I. The ambiance was not as nice as I had expected for the prices but it had a good view of Denver. There was no warning that each person would have to spend $75 to sit at a table so that was quite shocking. The ambiance and services did not seem fitting for that price.
