The bimbimbap was good, the kimchi jigae was disapointing, it was too sour and there was only one small piece of meat. The side dish were great and the corncheese not too bad.
The place is cool and the music too.

The pork belly was too oily and the kimchi stew was not so... .
The price is too expensive and I think you get paid for the third side dish refill.

I went with family who had just returned from Korea - they were so delighted by the quality of this food! The sides were fresh and expertly seasoned. Our meat selections were delicious. The service was excellent, warm, and friendly in a quiet, efficient way - not forced or false. It was an unexpectedly lovely experience.

Me and my closest friends have been talking about going to this place for the longest time. Now having a chance to experience it i have to say, I shouldn't have waited so long! The food was absolutely incredible! We each got one of the three lunch specials to try everything and we're blown away! Lionel was our server and he did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place, a hidden icon in Denver!!!

Lyional was an amazing server! Came in for the lunch special with two friends tried the chicken beef and pork bugulgi and everything was amazing and great portion sizes! I do not like kimchi but the cucumber kimchi is amazing and very flavorful. Haven’t spent years in Asian kitchens have to say top tier.

My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday while on our trip to Denver, CO. When she asked what I wanted for my birthday, I told her Korean food, so I found this spot and it did not disappoint. Initially, we thought it was far from our hotel, so we took an Uber there, but after the meal, we decided to walk back to get some exercise after enjoying all the delicious food.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of side dishes, though I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have cucumber kimchi, which is one of my favorites.

When we looked over the menu, we were overwhelmed by the options it was a lot of food for just the two of us. We ended up going with the spicy pork and Kalbi ribs, which were both incredible but definitely more than we could handle. Neither of us finished our rice, which is rare for us, especially coming from Texas, where we usually clean our plates.

The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. It wasn’t too busy when we went, but it still had a lively energy. The staff were super friendly and did a great job explaining the dishes to us.

One of the things I loved was the setup of the tables. The grill did an amazing job of keeping the smoke contained, so they didn’t need the usual overhead fans to clear it out.

This was, by far, the closest thing to authentic Korean food I've had since my time in the military when I was stationed in South Korea.

The service was very good, we felt very welcomed, the servers were very ready with answers for all the questions we had. Lynel was very helpful, as well as the other woman (wasn't able to catch her name). the food was very delicious, probably the best Korean BBQ I've tasted. would definitely recommend!

This version of KKOKI barbecue (with sister sites in Oregon) is top-level and fairly priced. I must first say that our group was knowledgeable about Korean BBQ places, especially those along the West coast. The attention to our table was very prompt and cared for, the knowledge of the menu was excellent, and the owner happily made some suggestions of drinks to pair with our meats.

We had a group of 6 on a Saturday supper time. All of our expectations were met in regards to the tabletop grilling! The Chung Ha (rice wine) was light and delightful.

If you prefer saving yourself some money but love variety, the combo dishes are highly beneficial for this objective. We ordered a 5-person combo meat dish with traditional galbi, jumulleok (boneless short ribs), two bulgogis (chicken and beef), and Canadian derived pork belly. Flavorful and succulent across the board. Appetizers included the galbi tang (short rib soup), Kim chi pancake, and grilled corn cheese. We especially noted how delicious the soup was. Lastly all the side vegetables and potato were quite satisfactory. The split was about $57/person, well worth the price and everyone was quite full.

We are visiting and saw this on our morning walk to the park. They have lunch specials from 1130-1430 hrs. I think M-F.
I wasn't terribly hungry so just ordered fried tofu. YUM!
My husband ordered soybean paste stew. Spicy, Yum!
A must try. We know authentic.
