First, my server was outstanding. She politely checked on me often, offered hot sauces, and coffee in a to-go cup as I finished my meal. Piping-hot coffee in a small insulated carafe and a cold mini-pitcher of water were brought to my table immeduately.Although this native Texan was wary -- the Colorado version of huevos rancheros were quite good. Eggs cooked perfectly over medium on 2 not-too-crisp tortillas with black beans between them, and a very tasty ranchero sauce. Sliced fresh avocado complimented the dish. I'd read some negative reviews, and I consider myself pretty tough on these, but I have nothing but kudos to offer this place.

I ordered home on the range, which is 2 eggs any style, toast, potatoes, and choice of sausage, bacon or ham. When the waitress came i pointed to the home on range, said i would like my eggs over easy and bacon.. not thinking i had a choice of toast or potatoes because that is what was offered. I get 2 eggs over easy, no toast, and bacon. How do you eat eggs if ready with no toast. I explained that i thought today came with the meal so she brought toast out.. but then my eggs were cold. I ate my toast and bacon and then i got the bill. She charged me for the meal i didnt get and then explained that she charged me that because other wise ordering everything ala cart was more expensive.. what a nice thing to do when i didn't get the meal i wanted, oh and the coffee was horrible.. this place is expensive anyway and to not get what you want.. the last time i was here the kind waiter asked what kind of toast i wanted and if i needed anything throughout my visit. This was a horrible experience especially for a Hilton honors member.

Casual friendly atmosphere. Service was good. Menu had several options and the location was conveniently located in our hotel. The nachos were good.

My partner & I ate breakfast here during our trip, and it was really great! The dining area is very clean and well-lit, the tables were sturdy and clean, and the woman that waited on us was very friendly. The food was also great both mornings, especially their breakfast burritos. If you’re staying in the DoubleTree I highly recommend!

Came in hungry and eager to taste what already smelled so good. I ordered the bbq pizza and the ceasar salad and the pizza was perfection. The crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce was sweet but smoky and complimented the chicken and peppers perfectly, the salad was fresh and the dressing was obviously made in house and was delicious. I was very impressed. I only ate half the pizza so I took the rest to my room for lunch the next day and to my dismay I checked out and left it in the fridge when I checked out! I was so sad when I realized!!! Thanks to the cook for an amazing meal tho.

Okay, I was so excited to try this place & little did I know it was actually in the hotel I was staying at! Went here for breakfast & I was so disappointed. I tried the Avo-lanche toast. It was such a disappointment. Nothing like that the description says. There were no grilled tomatoes, it was not on a wheat berry bread. I had 3 halves of cherry tomatoes in my meal & so much arugula or kale. Thumbs down. My friend has the huevos rancheros & she liked it okay but it was really saucy. My mimosa was mostly just orange juice. Very different from any other drinks at this hotel. Staff was okay.
